Seeing the park from a guest's perspective was truly special, and I was impressed by all the positive changes. What stood out the most was the lifeguard team. They had no idea I had worked there before, so I was able to observe everything objectively. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care for guests were outstanding. One lifeguard even took a moment to play Rock, Paper, Scissors with my daughter while still remaining fully attentive to her duties in the Lazy River. My daughter won and received a lollipop, a small gesture that made her day and perfectly reflected the balance between safety and creating memorable experiences. I also want to recognize the entire team from the entrance staff, security, servers, and management. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and made the park feel organized, calm, and relaxing despite how busy it was. The only constructive feedback I have is regarding the FlowRider. I completely understand the importance of the safety video, but I believe guests should receive a brief explanation of why they're required to watch it. A little more communication and warmth in that interaction would make the experience even better. Overall, Tidal Cove exceeded my expectations, and I can't wait to come back. This beautiful public pool recently re-opened after extensive renovations. They have a small pool designated for children, and the main pool which is divided into shallow water and deep water. Also be sure to explore the grotto and the waterfalls. They will stop admitting guests once they reach capacity, so try to arrive early. There are plenty of lifeguards around to keep everyone safe. The facility is well-outfitted with ample parking, a casual café, and M/F locker rooms with showers.

Instead they took our money we went inside & 5 minutes later we had to leave because there was a storm coming. I spoke to their Lazy, Rude & Uninterested manager. He informed me that they don't offer rain checks and that you come in at your own risk. The best part of all was that this son of a bitch was right behind us when we were paying and never mentioned a thing. NOT ONLY DID THESE PEOPLE RUIN OUR 4TH OF JULY. They also have a lot of cheap community swim classes, including aqua aerobics, and times for just swim lane/swim laps. There are plenty of lawn chairs, even on the weekend, and the staff are helpful. Pool feels clean, the area is similarly clean. I did NOT go into the bathroom so cannot comment on those facilities. Plenty of free parking on the premise, and during the busier season (summer, I believe?) it looked like there were concessions and the slide would be open. All in all, I have spent several pleasant afternoons here when I did not have to work or got out early.
