I occasionally go through the drive thru for anything from rolled tacos to a carne asada burrito. The prices are fairly moderate and the quality is good. The service is also good. I think it was because they were almost closing but does not give any right to rudeness and saying there is no "steak ranchero" when we all know it's carne asada. I tried calling ahead for him and got a live person, a woman. Problem was the background noise was so loud I almost couldn't hear her! She knew automatically the reason for my call and, after identifying the missing food and confirming my husband was on his way to get it, her closure was, "OK." What? No apology - nothing?! My husband later told me they remade the food so it would be hot but no other compensation offer was made. That's great for the family members getting THAT food.
