When i got the car back, the windshield had not been seated properly with caulk (!) nor had the seal been put on right. Was driving down the highway and the rubber molding came flying off. Was lucky the windshield stayed in place at all. They also worked on the car with the windshield off so there was debris all over the inside of the car. They didn't bother to cover the interior. Was also told to come back the following week to have the car polished and to have a part of the body pulled back into alignment that they neglected to do originally. Called back and the guy said he was somewhere like Eastern Europe with his family. I asked when he would be back because he didn't mention this trip. He wouldn't say and didn't seem to care since he already got paid. The main reason I came here was to have the roof fixed with a rust spot. That wasn't done properly at all. The paint is now coming up and i i have to pay to have it done again. But I wouldn't waste my time going back even if it was free. Guy talks a good game but don't waste your time. UPDATE: the response by the business owner is either purposely misleading or he is confusing me with someone else. I have never asked for money back. Wouldn't meet with him to get money back. And a reply to a comment isn't the way to refute a review. There are no screenshots from me. Which must mean he has issues with other customers. Just left this review so that others know what they're getting into when getting work done here. And the reply to my review tells you everything.

The walls of reception area are all hung with certificates the owner was awarded from his previous work in the U.S. I had my mom with me and she is a retired community volunteer now in a wheel chair and the people at the body shop there were extra attentive and helping me load and unload my mom. First, I make specialty paint for airplanes as a living. I'm the guy who can spot used cars that "never had an accident" due to the repaint not being flawless. So when I started getting quotes for my repaint, I was pretty much accepting that my baby would be scarred for life and never look the same. You see, the reason it's easy for us car enthusiasts to see when even a good repaint fails the mark is because of something called "haze". Even if we hit the impossible on matching the gloss, surface texture, and specialty effects like mica or flake, but you miss the haze, then it's noticeable to us. As a note, the haze is a measure of how "true" or "rich" the color is once it's all cured. Is it cloudy or do the colors pop out at you kinda thing. I wanted to repaint a door and rear quarter. What's worse, it was the driver's side. So I'm seeing it every time I get in. My issue: I have a gorgeous Tesla with a high-end factory paint job that had a metallic flake effect. Pretty much an impossible ask to begin with; and then toss in that it was for someone proud of their car like me. But let me tell ya, it came out flawless! Hell, they even matched the flake and peel effects. No idea how. All with the lowest of three bids. Lastly, this Rudy fellow is the real deal. Great staff, but he himself called me the evening I dropped off the car. He understood I was going to be a tough customer to please, but there was something about him. He was confident and that's what made me choose RP. So if you need the impossible, don't even mess with the other quotes. This is my place from here on.

From being my daily work vehicles here to my sport cars or project cars, they do it all! It all started with my daily Toyota Corolla being fixed from an accident. Since then I decided to bring in my 2019 Camaro SS 1LE that was not only new to me but built with a heads cam package. I wanted my car to look as clean as it sounded. I had a carbon fiber hood that was faded and ate up by the sun. Angie and Pepe were confident in bringing it back to life. They also installed my side skirts and splitter for this car. I then brought on my project 2004 corvette that was in need of body work and paint job. They killed it with the quality of paint and being able to install carbon fiber wide quarter panels. I then brought my 2011 BMW M3 in for some carbon fiber work. They re cleared my spoiler and fixed my carbon fiber side mirror caps aswell. The latest work they have done is on my 2014 Camaro 2SS 1LE. They painted all of my aftermarket and OEM splitters, side skirts and diffuser on this vehicle. Since my car is lowered they were able to work careful around my car and provide extra hardware on my splitter to be able to handle driveways so it doesn't come off. It's still holding on strong! No sign of it coming loose. I've brought all of my friends here and family members to have their vehicles fixed. I would recommend bringing your vehicle and counting on them to have it fixed! .
