I guess that's the beauty of being OTL and having so much land to develop. It is very clean and family friendly. Lots of parking space and the lots are very well lit for even evening usage. The 8+ baseball fields were very well maintained and have their own lighting. Grass manages to stay green even in this Houston heat.

We were in the area visiting for husband's…read morework training and it was great to be able to get outside in the sun in the morning (in August), yet stay cool and have fun. This is completely free and open to the public, you just walk right in. The splash pad is right by the playground, tennis courts, and volleyball courts. Super impressed with the maintenance of the entire area--it's very well maintained, grass was cut short, splash pad was clean, water was clean and draining well, there was even a maintenance crew at the park next door working the area. It's in a great neighborhood area too. I was so grateful for the fully shaded picnic tables along with a very small shaded area of the splash pad. It was great to bring our lunch & snacks all while enjoying some free water fun! I wish every city had one of these! SO COOL!

This year we signed our kid up to play here for the convenience and we loved it! The fields were really nice. Sometimes the kids played on the softball fields which were real dirt and grass. Fields had bleachers and lights. The last game the kids played on the turf baseball field. These fields seemed really nice. (Though, I personally have never played on turf, let alone slid on a turf field). There are restroom facilities here, though, I never used them. It is kind of a hike to get to from the softball fields... closer for the baseball fields. There is also a playground and pavilion. On the far side of the complex off of Kingsley, there is an BRAND NEW all-inclusive playground. It's pretty amazing. There is a restroom and drinking fountain at this amenity too. My husband said he believes the enclosed baseball field next to the playground might be for deaf kids??? I can't confirm. There are also soccer fields here. My kids aren't into soccer yet so I can't say much about them. They do appear to be turf fields as well. Nonetheless, this complex is pretty awesome and I'm proud it's in our community.

They will not allow you to sign up for two cage times most of the time. I was sold Platinum because I have two kids, how can I bat for 30 minutes two slots and pick up all the balls to be out by next persons appointment. Had to wait for person in front of me most times to clean up balls - got 10 minutes into our time. 20 min cage rentals. Not worth it.
