They took care to measure the glass for a custom cut and even put a plastic adhesive sheet over the shattered glass to keep it from falling out. They gave me a reasonable quote right away and ordered my custom glass. When the glass arrived, they called me to schedule the install. He then walked me through the process of install and construction needed. So, we heard his price and accepted his bid. We asked to have it finished before Spring. It was early December, he explained he would try. So after HOA approval letter we placed our deposit. It was January and there was a warm day forecasted, he called and the next day he had all the structure installed, no screen because he believed some weather a little warmer would help set the screening.
