They said it would be 4-6 weeks for delivery. I began to inquire around that time and was told I would be contacted the following week for delivery. When that week went by and then the next and next, I inquired again and again. Their response to my inquiries about when my mirror would be delivered was always "next week." Forward to mid-MARCH 2014: Then a couple of weeks ago the response changed to "your order fell through the cracks." That was on a Monday. The woman said a delivery was scheduled in my area that Thursday, at which point she said my request of 6pm would be okay. I was so excited that I'd finally have my mirror and could start enjoying my yoga space... Wednesday she called to say that the first appointment had canceled and they needed to move my appt to the early afternoon slot. I explained that I had to work, so she CANCELLED MY DELIVERY APPOINTMENT.:( Another week went by and never heard a peep. Still I was patient. Now, today(3/19/14)I called and asked for a manager. The woman on the phone came back saying he was busy and my mirror would be delivered "next week"- I asked again to speak with the manager. The manager(David)came to the phone and answered with a clear sound of irritation in his voice. I told him my issue and in a very abrupt and rude fashion, he told me that I would be put on the schedule for "next week." After expressing concern that I was getting another "next week" answer, David crossed over into just plain mean. He said angrily that they will just refund my money-I told him that I want the mirror, but that I just don't understand why I'm being pushed aside/forgotten. That's when he muttered something and then actually, no lie, hung up on me:( I called right back and asked for a refund...which I was told would happen sometime "next week." I cannot understand why I was treated this way. Thank you Gigantic Mirrors for taking my money and turning my special project into stress that I did not need or deserve.

One time their truck broke down, and the other few times they said they would be at my place at a time that I REPEATEDLY said my building would not allow contractors. Finally, four months later they arrive and realize they cannot install the mirror due to my cutouts not being placed at specific dimensions that NO ONE had EVER told me about! They didn't have the equipment to make the specific cut outs my wall needed. They could have mentioned this 4 months ago when I told them about my cut outs. The guys who came to look at the wall were really nice. However, the "girls" at the "office" on the phone were CLUELESS. They couldn't tell me how thick their mirrors were or any question that I had. They knew NOTHING about mirrors, scheduling or communicating. Due to their lack of professionalism I took two half days from work as well as wasted my time for four months as I could have gotten the mirrors from someone else. Gigantic Mirrors deserves a ZERO!

On top of that, he completely replaced my failing porch screen door turnbuckle assembly--had to go back to their office to bring back the new parts and expertly installed it! I called with an explanation of what happened and was immediately put on their service call schedule. Having to order and wait for the replacement parts to arrive, their servicemen arrived as scheduled, replacing the hardware, and securing the door. Unfortunately, one of the sliders did not close all the way. I called and was and scheduled for a few days later. Again, the servicemen arrived as scheduled and made the necessary adjustments. By their own admission, they had never experienced that hardware failing, but stuff happens. Bottom line, we've been very pleased with their product and service and enthusiastically recommend them.

Every time the office is called to let them know they're still missing parts there is no communications to people that deliver and install the fireplaces and have a horrible attitude.

I recently called and asked to have a service call made on my now seven year old frameless shower door. One hinge had started to sag. Tammy Graham asked for a photo of the hinge, then explained, that it would have to be replaced. New hinges were installed a few days later. The installer did an excellent job and after seven years of constant use, there was no charge for the hinges or a trip charge. To me, this type of service goes above and beyond. They were very responsive and on time. The installation went well after our order. There's a little bit of discoloration from the track of the old shower on the tile near the floor. But I guess that couldn't be helped. They did tell us about the holes that would be there in the tile when they remove the old shower.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY IN WARRENSBURG: Company has not returned to finish the window and siding job…read morestarted in March and via email they are not going to complete the job but they're wanting the final payment! We are still sitting with no sliding glass door, no side door, no screen door, no shutters, no outlets and vents replaced, and windows that are needed uninstalled and reinstalled correctly per a Pella premium installers, along with the new siding that will need painted due to damaged pieces being installed and nails being covered with colored cocking. This is per the James Hardie company after sending pictures. This all started because I had a leak in my roof and I contacted this company to do a brand new roof and was sold on windows and siding. With the rain we have received the last few weeks, you can hear raindrops coming in around my chimney where the original leak started. After another roofing company came to my home last week to see why I was hearing water dripping behind my fireplace when raining, we were informed and shown pictures that my roof was not properly installed! I am obviously not a roofer and I thought at least the roof (which I have paid for in full) was probably done correctly to now be informed that it also was not done properly and now literally every part of this job has to be redone!!! Per our contract, we are to have mitigation before any legal action can be taken! So how is it a company with this stipulation is able to just walk away from a job because it is just too much to correct and make right?!? There is a reason this company has shut down the Lees Summit location and is only practicing out of Warrensburg Missouri! And how long until they are shut down in Warrensburg? I have never placed a bad review for any company until this has happened with Integrity Roofing, Siding and Windows!!! I have been taken advantage of beyond belief and fell for every line they gave about being a Christian based God-honoring company!!!! People can lie but PICTURES DON'T....
