I recently dined at Santa Brasa in Providencia, Chile, and it was a great experience. The ambiance of the restaurant is inviting but because it is on the top floor of the Costanera Mall, it gets a little bit noisy, especially during the weekend when people packed the mall.
We started with the Lomo Saltado, which was delicious but it missed the smoky flavor that you get when cooked in a wok at high temperatures. The beef was tender and flavorful, perfectly complemented by the sautéed onions with the tomatoes, french fries, and rice. The Asado de Tira was another highlight; the slow-cooked ribs were succulent and rich, melting in the mouth with every bite. The Grilled Chicken with Sautéed Vegetables was good as well. The chicken was juicy and well-seasoned, and the vegetables were fresh and cooked to perfection, adding a nice balance to the meal.
The combination of good food, and attentive service made our visit to Santa Brasa a good one. I recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to enjoy high-quality dishes in The Costanera Mall. read more
