The owner/architect came up with a great design and had lots of advice that helped us choose the components. I absolutely LOVE my new, colorful kitchen with great work surfaces and lighting. Highly recommend!

This review is for Johanna...she is amazing…read more We are doing a remodel two bathrooms in our vacation condo in Santa Barbara from afar and we needed a one stop shop, high level customer place for purchase all the associated fixtures. We were able to set up dedicated appointments with Johanna to look at items in both Ferguson's large showroom and in multiple special order catalogs, create project orders online that we could share with our contractor, and place one large order for all the items we needed when we were ready. We've also been able to follow up with her with a few tweaks that we have needed to make and she has always responded promptly. We aren't done with our project yet, but so far, we give our experience with Johanna at FergusonSanta Barbara six stars if we could. **Note: if you are looking for Home Depot prices (we saw some comments about that in some other reviews), don't expect that. They do carry some standard brands (Kohler, Delta, etc.), but also higher end lines as well (for sure, they have lighting fixtures that you do not see at hardware stores). We didn't directly price match, but I imagine everything is marked up a bit to pay for the higher level of customer service you receive...something my husband & I found well worth it!

She had to correct it bc she noticed it was not ringing up correctly. I see previous reviews say service has sucked but I thought the employees provided great service here. I even never heard one of the employees on the phone talking about how it takes about 3 days (Friday to Monday) to have an item shipped from another store (my retail store is that I worked at take about a month to receive anything sorry it's pretty impressed with the store to store transfer). Williams-Sonoma does cost a lot more than some of the other places but the quality is better than a good amount of other places

We discovered our refrigerator wasn't working 4:30pm Tuesday before Christmas…read more We measured the width of our Bosch at 36" but in our rush didn't measure height. Some of the refrigerators we liked were 72" and we were concerned they wouldn't fit. I was lucky to have a picture of my kitchen on my phone and the manager there was able to identify our model as being 70". Last thing we wanted was having a replacement that wouldn't fit into our kitchen. Being so close to Christmas we wanted to get our refrigerator replaced as soon as possible. Johnathan was great. He was very careful and rechecked the picture of ours several times and pointed out since it was right next to a wall some of the refrigerators that were right height had deeper doors that would hit the wall when it was opened. We really appreciate all his help to make we got the a refrigerator that would fit. I purchased a full suite of luxury appliances from their showroom. Within 9 months, my Frigidaire Professional refrigerator developed massive subsurface robotic S-waves and dimples across the doors. The authorized field technician physically inspected the unit and verified the stainless steel skin remains 100% glass-smooth to the touch, formally documenting that structural 'ribbing is forming' from underneath the panel skin. This is an internal manufacturing material failure.Yet, WDC Customer Care just sent me an email hiding behind a ridiculous corporate loophole, claiming this internal structural collapse is 'cosmetic' and only covered for 7 days after delivery. They expect me to live with a warped, structurally defective multi-thousand-dollar appliance suite.
