We were able to set up dedicated appointments with Johanna to look at items in both Ferguson's large showroom and in multiple special order catalogs, create project orders online that we could share with our contractor, and place one large order for all the items we needed when we were ready. We've also been able to follow up with her with a few tweaks that we have needed to make and she has always responded promptly. We aren't done with our project yet, but so far, we give our experience with Johanna at FergusonSanta Barbara six stars if we could. **Note: if you are looking for Home Depot prices (we saw some comments about that in some other reviews), don't expect that. They do carry some standard brands (Kohler, Delta, etc.), but also higher end lines as well (for sure, they have lighting fixtures that you do not see at hardware stores). Some of the refrigerators we liked were 72" and we were concerned they wouldn't fit. I was lucky to have a picture of my kitchen on my phone and the manager there was able to identify our model as being 70". Last thing we wanted was having a replacement that wouldn't fit into our kitchen. Being so close to Christmas we wanted to get our refrigerator replaced as soon as possible. Johnathan was great. He was very careful and rechecked the picture of ours several times and pointed out since it was right next to a wall some of the refrigerators that were right height had deeper doors that would hit the wall when it was opened. We really appreciate all his help to make we got the a refrigerator that would fit. Within 9 months, my Frigidaire Professional refrigerator developed massive subsurface robotic S-waves and dimples across the doors.The authorized field technician physically inspected the unit and verified the stainless steel skin remains 100% glass-smooth to the touch, formally documenting that structural 'ribbing is forming' from underneath the panel skin. This is an internal manufacturing material failure.Yet, WDC Customer Care just sent me an email hiding behind a ridiculous corporate loophole, claiming this internal structural collapse is 'cosmetic' and only covered for 7 days after delivery. To this day, we go there to purchase our spa chemicals. G&G on Haley in SB gets 5 stars. For some weird reason, there are 2 different Yelp pages, depending on the G&G branch, so while the Haley branch is great, read below for my experience trying to buy a Sundance spa from the Goleta branch. We decided to purchase a spa last summer to replace our old Jacuzzi. We went to Haley first to check out the local spa businesses. The staff was great. Super helpful, knowledgeable. They didn't have a spa that really spoke to us, but they were so professional, we thought we'd check out the Goleta store. The Goleta store was a mess. Some of the spas had water puddled inside (and they were inside the store). Outside, a recent rain had torn up their canopy and it was a mess that no one seemed interested in cleaning up. The guy who helped us was just okay. I got into a few (mostly) waterless spas and noticed some of the caps on the jets were missing. There were things like that... just messy looking, like no one was really paying close attention. We did find a Sundance spa there that we liked very much and asked the fellow for an estimate. He provided a rough estimate and a catalog, took my email address and said he would send a written estimate. I pressed on him that we wanted a spa installed in the next 2 weeks, before we had guests coming from Scotland. A week later and still nothing, so I googled Sundance spas and called the next closest dealer about an hour south of us. Turned out they deliver here in Santa Barbara. I had a written estimate that same afternoon. We negotiated a few fine points (the step, the cover, the lift, the colors) and by the next day, I had given them a down payment. A week later, the company from down south did an incredible job removing the old Jacuzzi and installing the new spa OVER THE ROOF OF OUR HOUSE! Check out the pics. These guys were total pros! We love the new spa and couldn't be happier with our purchase. In all that time, still no follw up from Gordon & Grant Goleta. About 4 months later, I got a PDF file from Gordon & Grant from the guy who helped us. No message, just an attached PDF. I attempted to open the PDF and thankfully, I was on my phone, because it was clear he had been hacked and the PDF was just malware, which my iPhone blocked. It happened again about a month ago. Got the same email with the PDF malware from Gordon & Grant Goleta. Just deleted it. I want to reiterate that the staff and store on Haley totally seemed to have it together, but they didn't have any floor models of the Sundance spa we loved. It was the Goleta store that felt tired and lazy.
