Leaving another review because I'm just such a great driver and have made quite a few visits to them the past few years. Getting into an accident, no matter how little the damage or who is at fault is never a good feeling with all of the stress of dealing with the back & fourth with insurance, not having a car, etc. The entire staff at Sansone do their best to make that process as seamless as possible. They have great working relationships with insurance and offer to facilitate as much as possible if you need help. Everyone who works on the car is knowledgeable & well trained, and the admin staff are also incredibly friendly and advisable. They make the process so much less stressful than it needs to be and get your car done as quickly as possible without skipping any steps. I cannot say enough good things about this Sansone. I was in an accident upstate and had to have my car towed back to LI for repair. A friend recommend Sansone, and I immediately called and spoke to Kathy. Not only did she help me Navigate the disaster that is insurance claims customer service, but she did so with kindness, knowledge, patience and a sense of humor during a stressful time! She helped me get into a rental car, and helped me navigate conversations with my insurance claim. Which BTW---kids stay in school....Do not become Insurance claim center customer service reps. Toni the owner had me wait over 40 minutes while he ate his lunch. He could have just told me to come back another day, would've been no issue. After all that time waiting, he didn't even give me a estimate on the repairs for my vehicle. I left with the same knowledge that I came in with. Nothing. He looked at my car for a total of 3 minutes, And told me it would be several of thousands of dollars and even his employees looked at him funny. I didn't get any paperwork, no plan/ layout etc. I am no professional with this stuff, but I'm not stupid and I know when I am getting screwed over. Stay far away from this place and pick a different body shop. If he doesn't treat you right in person, what do you think he'll do to your vehicle? read more

The only place I would ever go to or refer anyone else to go to for auto body work. The staff there treats you like family. They are very professional and take care of everything for you. If you get into an accident, call them before your insurance broker and they will make sure the insurance company doesn't give you the runaround or try to take advantage of you. I recently had my dad bring his car here too, after his car got side swiped by a 16 wheeler! He only had the car a week it was a brand new 2016 model. We were so upset because there is nothing more heart breaking then wrecking a brand new car. You feel like it will never be the same. You don't even want to see a ding on your new car! Had a water problem that was causing my computer to go into slow mode. Called and talked to Kathy, explained the problem she said bring it in and we'll look at it, Next day Mickey took a look at it and said give me a few hours, Knew what the problem was and how to fix it. Nicest people you'll ever meet. Stopped in-for the very first time-to get pictures taken for car insurance purposes, and was warmly greeted by two very sweet young ladies. When I inquired on the cost of having a scrape repaired...it was fixed, on the spot and they wouldn't even let me buy lunch. What he did to fix my car, is perfect! I will certainly be returning to them, in the future, if necessary. I can't see any reason for anyone, to go anywhere else. read more
