Before he began, he asked if I had any questions and he answered any of my concerns. He spent about 4 hours reviving my 2014 minivan and it looked pretty awesome afterwards. Seats were vacuumed but not wiped (dried applesauce on door panel and headrest) I ended up wiping the inside down with armor all wipes the next day. This car was cleaned for 2 hours. Last year before I drove to Florida, I brought my new 2022 Tesla to King's Hydro Detailing for ceramic coating, PPF the entire front of the car and window tinting. The day of delivery, the car looked amazing! Look at the pictures, what an awesome job. Then, I noticed a few spots. The owner told me, this is typical of the PPF process. Let the sun bake it in and those small imperfections will go away. Well after two weeks in the Florida sun, the imperfections did not clear up. Then over the next few months, I rubbed a curb and messed up a rim. Any ceramic coating needs to be refreshed before a year so I brought my car back to King's Hyrdo. I showed the owner where the PPF never corrected itself in Florida sun and the rim. I'm heading out of town, you can have my car for the entire week. I'm told, Bill everything will be resolved. No worries. I came back on Friday to a finish that looked like the car was off the showroom floor. The rim? How in the hell did they do such great work? Looking at the rim I can't see the repair, very impressed. The PPF (plastic film) they used a heat gun on one part and it smoothed out the imperfection. I told the owner, I was cursing you for the past few month over this PPF, waiting for the sun to do its thing. Haha I'll tell you all considering PPF protection, if there is a blemish that bothers you, don't wait. I'm just so busy so I put it on the back burner. I can honestly say, King's Hydro detailing does amazing work. The cars that were in the shop being detailed like a 2023 Corvette, exotic BMWs and Mercedes, trust me, these guys are the real deal.
