It took a lot of back and forth altercations at the location for this to happen. We were constantly left waiting for phone calls which never came. Oh we got one call, an automated service saying they were pressing charges against us for not returning a car that had Mike the employee was of little assurance. Maybe he was new. And the manager Steve was less help.
