It took a lot of back and forth altercations at the location for this to happen. We were constantly left waiting for phone calls which never came. Oh we got one call, an automated service saying they were pressing charges against us for not returning a car that had Mike the employee was of little assurance. Maybe he was new. Any questions I have during my rental are always addressed by staff in a timely fashion. I have also used BluStreet to get to and from the airport when I do not have an alternative form of transportation. I have found their rates to be very competitive and reasonable. Occasionally I have noticed car wash and detail specials on their Instagram stories and I usually take advantage of those great deals. The team does a great job & is a pleasure to deal with. If you were looking for a vehicle for a special event like a sweet 16 or a wedding, I would absolutely look no further. We returned it next day full tank of gas, still angry for the way things were handled. Surely we would get a discount ? We were offered 75 dollars!!!! First off I went there a week before the rental date. They were nice and allowed me to see the cars they had. The morning of the rental I arrived around 8am and they were already bustling. The pick up process was smooth and fast. The nice younger woman was able to pick me up at home and I drove her back to the location. Flawless so far. The reason I rented was because my truck is about 15mpg and I was spending Christmas in Florida. For anyone reading this in Long Island why put miles on your own car when you can rent one that gave me 35 to 39mpg. I rented a Kia Optima. So 3500 miles later their car was perfect. No issues whatsoever and very comfortable for a long drive. I decided to return the car one day early and the Hertz customer service line took care of that since it was after hours. On the return day I arrived at 735am on 12.30.19 They open at 730am. There employees were in the office and all three greeted me when I walked in. They were ready for their day and I was checked out super fast. They kept the same price they quoted me and then the gentleman dropped me home. This entire transaction was just perfect and I really want to thank the employees of West Babylon Hertz for making a Christmas trip so amazing.

I waited around for a bit trying to figure something else out and 2 cars were returned, I went in and asked if I can get one of the returned cars he's gonna tell me no they're unable to use that car, only to see them give it to the next person that walked in.
