I had a wedding to attend and needed a gray suit, saw the amazing reviews and they definitely lived up to their reputation. Originally I went to the Lakewood location, but apparently someone had driven a car through the store, so they were temporarily closed leading me to go to the Downey location. Parking is in the back, as well as the entrance to the store so keep that in mind. When I arrived, I was greeted by the employee who was helping another guy, but he was still able to quickly show me a few suits. I went with a nice gray suit and some Stacy Adams shoes, and it was all ready to be picked up on time before the wedding. I was in and out of the store very quickly and they were very attentive to all of my needs. Not much more to be said, I will gladly return here if I need some suits in the future.

Beautiful store !! Fantastic selection of only quality merchandise ! Customer service top notch ! I had a wonderful time speaking with the owner. Found out a bunch of things that I didn't know. Turns out that people don't use real flower boutonnieres any more ? I'm 44 years old. So if you do the math you can realize the last time I went to prom was a while ago. I ended up just doing some shopping for my friends to try to save them some time . This definitely felt like a luxury experience . I will definitely be sending Next year's prom goers to this location . For a five-star mens experience in suits , Tux and accessory's I strongly advise the store!!

Professional, accommodating, and phenomenal pricing + quality = San's Suit Outlet! Thank you so much Shadi & Mirna for being absolutely amazing, much love! The service and attention to detail was always on point, and I never once felt unnecessary pressure like some of the other spots I've checked out. You guys made us boys look extra GQ as promised on my wedding day!!! So, my wife and I were one of the fortunate couples to pull off our wedding earlier this year, literally right prior to the COVID-19 pandemic shutdown. Before linking up w/ San's, I spent weekends calling & visiting over-priced crappy attitude suit & tux shops. I was really transparent & direct with each place, that basically I needed 15 slim-fit suits (myself, the groomsmen, dads, etc.) and wanted to stay within a reasonable budget, especially since it was also a wedding gift to all my boys. Goal: Nice enough quality suits for us to look fantastic, but also good for all of us to wear again for more than just once on wedding day. Many of the shops didn't even bother calling me back, and the ones I visited had really bad attitudes and subpar quality suits, not to mention unreasonable prices. I was at the breaking point of just settling for one of those random 3-day suit places just to get it over with, until I unexpectedly found San's Suits Outlet on Yelp, read the reviews, and decided to call them up. I set an appointment over the phone, and the rest was history! From start to finish, Shadi & Mirna made it so easy, all I had to do was tell them once what I was trying to accomplish, and they took care of the rest. Sizing & fitting accommodations for 12 adults & 3 kids, all at random dates & times was no problem at all. The follow up was superb as well, I never had to stress about it. Shadi had promised to have all the suits altered & ready a few weeks prior to the wedding, leaving ample time for us in case of any last minute fitting/adjustments - 100% promise fulfilled! We all loved our suits, and received so many nice comments from our guests that we looked damn good! I wish I didn't waste my precious time at the beginning with all those other supposed "five-star" suit shops, and having to deal with pushy & unprofessional salespeople trying to upsell me BS (especially while planning for a wedding, it's already stressful as is). Looking back, I could have saved myself the time & heartache early on had I known about San's. Honestly, Shadi & Mirna are genuinely good people, offering great quality suits & excellent service, all at very decent/reasonable prices - going above & beyond to take care of you. Call to make an appointment, or just go see for yourself! I highly-highly recommend checking out San's Suit Outlet for your next special occasion - one of the best suit & tux shops in SoCal!

After searching for suit pieces at department stores, we came to San suits and had a great experience. This personal experience has been lost in department stores and here at sans suits they pride themselves at giving us quality service. Only set back is the cost of alterations, they don't charge a set price for alterations. With every little thing done to the suit, the price added up: hem, take in pant sides, shorten waist, shorten sleeves, take in sleeve sides, fix neck area. The price of the suit doubled with alterations from the target budget. Looking forward to the next suit fitting better, with less alteration, so as to not go over budget. read more

A thing that must run in this family .. professionalism had a similar experience from their other location in Lakewood! But the new owner over in downey is also a pro, thumps up to him they got a wide variety of suit with any color in mind, and also a nice shoes selection! read more

If you are looking for a suit and want a place that will tailor to your particular style and comfort, this is the place to go. I was in need of a new suit and saw that this place opened recently so decided to check it out. I was so glad I did. Shadi, the owner, helped me out and showed me a variety of suits. They have a great package that comes with free accessories (dress shirt, tie, belt, socks) that you should definitely take advantage of! I wanted a suit that would give me a slim/fitted look. I was interested in a classic black suit but also wanted to see a blue one. Well, I ended up purchasing both! Shadi even helped me find a shirt and tie that would match with both suits. I found this suit outlet, thinking it's gonna be a great deal. I had 1 month till my wedding day. I needed 10 suits for all my grooms. The owner told me a great price to good to believe. In the end all my grooms men over paid, they didn't get the right suit fitment. We ask for slim fit suits. but didn't get what we ask for. I even got my own suit there with a package deal. It was also suppose to be slim fit. I didn't get slim fit I got baggy fit!! I wasn't happy with my pants, I called back the same day I picked up my suit and ask the owner if he can fix it really fast. He said NO!! I don't have time for you. of course he already took my money and said screw you. Your on your own now. He said that's not my problem. You got what you paid for. I do not recommend this outlet. It's over priced and you don't get what you ask for!!! read more

I had a pleasantly quick experience. I went on a Saturday morning and expected to have to wait and wander on my own. I was helped right away, found a couple suits for a reasonable price and was out the door in 20 minutes. It took a couple weeks to be able to pick the suits up after tailoring but this wasn't a problem since i wasnt in a rush. read more

Where to begin. Let's start with me being a last minute kinda person. I walked into San's hoping to find a quick suit I could just walk out in because I knew I had no time to get a suit tailored for me when I was going to be leaving on a plane at 7am the next day. Ohh was I wrong. Not only did they pull the suit I wanted off the mannequin display(kinda fun to watch), but they tailored it to my fitting in only an hour. Wow, just wow. I was the last customer of the day and they treated me like I was their first. Not pressing me on time or making me feel rushed in any way. I went to this store few weeks ago to buy 2 suits for 2 weddings. I'm very happy with my purchase because the prices are very very reasonable in comparison to other suit stores. The quality of the suits are very high and I received lots of compliments on how gook I looked. We stopped by at least three or four times, and each visit, she offered thoughtful advice and tips, never rushing us. She helped us find the perfect tux, and her support didn't stop there, she guided us through fittings, accessories, shoes and alterations, making sure everything was just right. Beyond her expertise, Aleena took time to get to know us and made us feel completely at ease. She truly went above and beyond, and we couldn't be happier with the entire process. After several minutes, security came over to assist, but then a red-haired employee came up and, instead of calmly showing him how to fix the issue, she loudly told him he was doing it wrong and sent him back to his post. She then rushed through my checkout, was noticeably rude, and walked away without helping me remove my security tags. By that point, my group was already outside, and I was the first one at the registers.. yet I was told I'd have to get back in line just to have the tags removed. Overall, she was unprofessional, dismissive, and lacked basic customer service skills. If you shop here, be aware.. I wouldn't want anyone else to have this kind of experience.

Update! My husband wore one of the suits he purchased for Easter Sunday and recieved so many compliments about the look and the feel of the material. We are very happy with this purchase I am definitely coming back! If you really are looking for good quality and good service try this spot.... trust you will not be disappointed! My husband and I came to this suit store and happy we were!! Our experience was good, Mr. San took the time to go over the different types of suits and fabrics with my husband and was very helpful and sweet. I appreciated the time he gave my husband. Suits are an important factor for my husband since he is in real estate. Over all great experience and we came out with 2 suits which they altered, 2 button up shirts, 2 suspenders and 1 bow tie for an amazing price compared to other department stores..... if you are in an industry where suits are required I would definitely recommend this place! read more

My husband and I drove by the store several times before finally deciding to check it out. Overall, our experience was wonderful! We spent a good hour looking at different suits and we loved what we saw. My husband eventually bought 2 slim fitted suits. Not only were the suits beautiful, they were also high quality and affordable. Shadi, the owner was also very patient and knowledgeable. This place is beautiful! Super organized and well stocked with a variety of suites to fit all your needs. As soon as my boyfriend and I walked In we were greeted and catered to the whole time. The owners are very sweet and extremely helpful. Plus they have the best prices in town. Needless to say, my boyfriend found a great suit and they threw in a free tie! Awesome experience! read more
