A rip off! Tune up cost more than $1k and they call it "major tune up". Changing fuse for the radio takes 3 hours. Don't come here!

Invoices are attached highlighting the staff that helped as well as things I felt were important to highlight. Basically: the price-matching and the hassle-free warranty replacement (since damage was deemed irreparable). What isn't shown in the invoices is how attentive and considerate Mauricio (red shirt) was during my warranty replacement visit. Highlights: (1) he put my car in the system such that I would be immediately next in line as soon as the replacement tire came in, (2) spent considerable extra time with me to diagnose TPMS (tire pressure monitor) issues after the replacement, and; (3) made sure I had face-to-face contact with another red-shirt member (Sebastian) in case my TPMS issues were unresolved when Mauricio is not present. I did want to mention that it was extremely busy when I came in. It took me some time to actually get to talk to Mauricio specifically, but his professionalism was worth the wait. Lastly, I wanted to give a shout out to the technicians that actually serviced my vehicle on 10/29/25 and 01/19/26: those guys did fine by me. PS: Mauricio was right; driving a few miles fixed my TPMS issue. PPS: With the amount of construction in Millbrae and Burlingame, I'll probably see these guys again--when I do I'll be confident I'll be taken care of well.

I went back around 3:30 to see where things were at and to wait around for my car since I didn't have anything better to do. They had a line of 28 people waiting for their cars to be worked on. They were telling everybody, all 28 of those cars, that they would be done by 6 PM. There was a guy who came in to check on the car that he left yesterday, they told him his car would also be done by 6 PM. I believed them 0% that my car was gonna get touched this evening and I drove away after wasting nearly 5 hours, at 4:45, with a screw still in my tire. editing this at 6:40 the same day, they called because they were finally ready to begin service on my car. lmfao!

They fixed it for $45 in under an hour and rotated the tires (front to back on both sides) for free. The waiting room has wi-fi and a TV and is comfortable enough. Since I was already there, I went ahead with the tires they had available. About 20 minutes after leaving, I told my husband what happened and he said I should have waited to get the same set of Bridgestone tires. I had no idea, since I'm not knowledgeable about tires. I immediately called Johnny back and asked if I could speak to a manager to see if they could make an exception since I had just left the shop. He told me that once the tires leave the shop, they are considered used--even though they sell used tires--and that the only option would be to purchase a new set. That would have cost me about $700 more, on top of the $300 I had already spent, totaling around $1,000. I was disappointed they couldn't make any adjustment, especially since no guidance or recommendations were provided upfront--Johnny only mentioned that Bridgestone wasn't in stock. These options weren't discussed when I called the day before either. As a customer, I relied on their expertise, and I feel important information that could have helped me make a better decision was missing. Because of that, the overall experience was disappointing, especially after my husband had left a good review.

This is a great price because if you go anywhere else, a single alignment job is already easily $80 to $100. Since this is a lifetime alignment for $200+ your car, it is great and can save some money by doing it this way. The staff is friendly and just understood what I needed. I know this shop can get busy, especially on the weekends, but they got me in and took care of me within an hour and a half. But why I wouldn't give them a five-star rating was that when I walked up to my car, the steering wheel, armrest, and seat were greasy. I get that it is a u to shop, but no shop I have been to has left my car like that.

I brought my car in Monday at 2 PM to replace two front tires. The woman at the front desk was friendly and let me know they were busy, but said my car would likely be ready by the end of the day and that I would receive a call with any updates. They close at 7 PM, and after receiving no call or communication at all, I headed there around 6:45 PM expecting the car to be finished. Instead, I was told they were too busy to get to it and was asked if I wanted to leave it overnight so it could be the first car worked on Tuesday morning. At that point, I was already disappointed because I could have taken my car elsewhere and had the job completed the same day. The next morning, I returned around 9:30 AM since they open at 7 AM. Gabriel was helping another customer, which was completely understandable, so my partner and I waited patiently. However, after finishing with the customer, Gabriel acted as if we weren't even standing there waiting. No acknowledgment, no "I'll be right with you," nothing. He continued working on the computer and answered the phone while we stood there for nearly 20 minutes. I understand phones need to be answered, but basic customer service and acknowledgment go a long way. After all that waiting, Gabriel finally informed us that they never worked on the car because the wrong tire size had been entered into their system by the previous employee. My car is a basic 2004 Infiniti G35 coupe -- nothing rare or complicated -- and instead of correcting the mistake, no effort was made to resolve the issue or communicate with me. At that point, I decided to take my business elsewhere. But it got worse. While driving home, I noticed a loud dragging noise coming from underneath my car. I pulled over and discovered my catch can dragging on the ground. We drove back immediately, and they claimed it may have happened while backing the vehicle out because the car is lowered -- despite the car being on stock suspension. Thankfully, Omar was accommodating and fixed the issue quickly, which I appreciated. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience. Poor communication, wasted time, lack of accountability, and terrible customer service from Gabriel. Based on other reviews, it seems this isn't uncommon. Gabriel's attitude is not suited for customer service, especially at the front desk where customers are the first priority. I would strongly recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere.
