We first hit the floral department to attempt to get some balloons filled. At first there was no one there in the department but we were quick to find an associate. Even though that associate was not assigned to the floral department he was quick to help us. He came over and started to fill the balloons we needed. He even helped when we had an unfortunate happening with a balloon floating up to the ceiling. He was able to get it down and fill our order. He was very friendly and even had some help come his way which made this experience go two times faster. We next headed towards the greeting card area. Browsed through the area and found the card that we thought was perfect and even went for some wrapping paper. One last thing here was some tape to help us wrap the gift we needed wrapped. We did a little more browsing of the store to make sure we didn't forget anything before we headed for the checkouts. With it being so late in the day a majority of the checkouts were self serve. It was a bit confusing at that point. There was not uniformity to the way the line went. But once you did get to the register it was smooth sailing.

I was particularly impressed by their protein offerings, loved seeing so many cuts of pork (which was on my list to pick up that evening). On previous occasions, I've been to this Wegman's to pick up food from the hot bar. Perfect spot to grab a platter of food for a party or event - the ribs and wings I got were hot, tasty, and very popular at the party.

Separate departments seem to fare better - the deli counter staff in particular are attentive, friendly and quick - but if you need help finding something, you'd be better off on your own. Pricing is right on the median - it's not expensive like Safeway or Wegman's, but it's not cheap like Shoppers, either (and definitely not on the level of Walmart Grocery). If you don't have their bonus card, get ready to be ripped off. I've also heard cashiers yell for management, stating at the top of their lungs that "their customer has a WIC voucher!" or "SNAP card!" NOT necessary and very humiliating. I've also heard complaints about some food being expired or spoiled, and I have to admit that this kind of makes me squeamish. Since then, I've tried not to purchase perishables like vegetables or fruit from here. There are some positives - it's never really crowded, so I can get in and out fast, and some of the products are actually surprisingly good (the Weis premium ice cream is amazing!). As mentioned, some of the staff are friendly and they do try hard, but you can tell them apart from the ones that don't. It's glaringly obvious. They're open super late too, until 11pm, so that really helps me out a lot. Still, all in all, I'm willing to drive a little further to the Quarterfield Road Walmart to make major shopping trips. It's a matter of price and I know that I can get fresh, quality food there. And if you use SNAP or WIC, I won't know because that's nobody's business but yours.

I would go to the self checkout line. Be helpful if you see my own bags. You still need to bag it. I shouldn't have to ask.

There is a what looks like a brand new Amazon Locker kiosk here on the back wall by the cash registers, which is really convenient for those who cannot accept home deliveries because of package thefts.

Getting inside, the foyer displays a sign of it being under remodelling. The store wasnt extemely busy but steady flow. I found my select items to include great selection of picked out flowers. This area has a higher population of Asians therefore, I believe my product was at this location. I went to checkout and within 10 minutes I was out to resume the rest of my day. Sometimes driving to select areas provides for a variety of options that other stores lack.
