Chech did not even seem interested in working with me. My beef with them is from 5 years ago and I have yet to hear anything back from them to resolve it. I recently looked back on my old reviews and noticed Czech had responded to other people's issues but not mine. I am writing this now to further solidify My bad opinion of this company.

Every autobody I called said they were 6 months out, but KC Autobody said they could get it done in…read moreonly a few days. I couldn't wait 6 months, so I brought my truck to KC's. Well, the front end damage was more significant than initially thought, so had to wait another week before it was done. When I got home and gave it a good look I discovered a trim piece below the headlight was loose. That's ok, I'll just push it back on. Then when I was on the highway, there was a loud noise and I discovered the front underbody was rubbing on the tires. I had to wire it up to keep it from rubbing. Upon returning home I found the trim piece below the headlight on the other side was missing! I had to order a new one from the dealership and install it myself. Now, after a trip I arrived with my front turn signal swinging from the wires. It appears the clips that fastened it in place were broken and instead of replacing it they just shoved the broken light housing back into place and called it good. Only it wasn't. I guess you get what you pay for in this case, as I will have to now replace the light myself.

The Ham Lake location was a little backed up due to staff shortages. I okay'd having my car "shipped" to a secondary location for the actual repairs. It ended up in Sauk Rapids. My main contact person was Justin and he was wonderful with customer service communication. I received updates 2-3 times a week for 3 weeks. I also received text messages to follow along with repair updates. Somehow it worked out that they finished early and were able to "ship" my car back to Ham Lake a day earlier than what was quoted on the text updates. Getting my first look at my car after repairs were done, it looked so pretty! Can't even tell anything was broken in the first place. Thank you for all your help!

Call for an appointment/estimate. Fair warning, Mondays and Fridays can be pretty busy so try for midweek.
