If i could rate this a ZERO i would like other ppl did. I had an apt at 11:30, it is 12:57 and i haven't even been see for a consultation! I agree with everyone else's reviews they just overbook there's 17 other woman waiting. I counted. For the purpose of what? Not fair i had to step out from work and have to go back and they don't care. WTF?? read more

Worst doctor's office I've ever been to. The wait time is ridiculously long. Over 2 1/2 hours just to be put in a room to wait even longer. This office over books patients so there's literally 20 people waiting for one doctor. Once the doctor and his students come in within minutes the visit is over. So expect to be rushed when he actually comes in. read more

Appointment was for 1130. Got here 15 minutes prior to check in. This is our 2nd time here. Thinking it would change - NEGATIVE!!!! Barely got called in at 145. Why have an appointment. Will be looking somewhere else. Wait time is ridiculous. Standing in the hall. Not enough seating. Not trying for a 3rd time that's for sure. 2 hour wait is absurd!!! read more

If I could give zero stars I would. It took me a while to write this review because I just wanted to forget the whole experience. I came here twice months ago. I had a consultation the first visit. The second visit, I had an Endometrial Biopsy procedure performed, and it was one of the most traumatizing experiences I have ever had. I do have a high tolerance for pain. But, during this procedure, I cried so hard and kept saying "ouch". I heard Dr. Guzman tell the two young ladies that were shadowing him "It doesn't hurt that bad". He totally dismissed the pain I was going through as if he's had this procedure done himself and knows what it feels like. My mistake was hugging his a** right after because of the trauma. I did go back a third time to hear my results. But I AM NEVER GOING BACK!! Side note, you will be waiting for a couple of hours to be seen because I believe he overbooks himself. Quantity, Not Quality. Another side note, don't be fooled by the name. No female doctors work there. Just the assistants are female. read more

Be very careful. They claim they accept insurance and at the end they make you pay in cash because they don't take your insurance. If this is the case why not tell you at the beginning. Now I'm being sue by Dr. Nieto because I refuse to pay cash for the blood work and the consultation. This is just absurd. This place is taking me to court for a $121.00 payment read more

If you need OB DONT COME HERE. My appointment was at 10:30Am and was told to arrive early. I arrived 15 min before to do paperwork. At 12:45pm I was still not seen by doctor other than getting blood pressure and weight done by nurse. When I asked about when I would be seen I got told they didn't know and to wait. receptionists had no clue on wait times, they said their role is only paperwork work up and nurses give time frames. When I asked a nurse they said I still had people ahead of me. What's the point of appointments if you won't be seen within an appropriate time ? read more

New patient here. When I was contacted to confirm my appointment, the receptionist was rude, dismissive and disrespectful. I'm glad I looked for another doctor as soon as I ended the call. Now that I've read these bad reviews, I'm glad I didn't choose them. It's so upsetting to see health providers lack professionalism. read more

Love this doctor, always happy with my service and very knowledgeable. There's usually a lot of people but the staff is very nice and I didn't have to wait too long. read more

Zero stars if I could. Don't come here, give yourself a piece of mind and switch before coming here. I got a positive pregnancy test and Dr. Guzman refused to put in a request for an ultrasound after 3-4 months of being pregnant. After fighting with Guzman for an ultrasound for a whole month I finally was able to switch OB/GYN. Now I'm struggling because there was no ultrasound in my first trimester. There's a huge due date discrepancy and it's taking a toll on my mental health. read more

Office needs to work on appointment scheduling and receptionist is rude. Had an apt for a follow up post op just to get my vitals and weight taken. Then wait 2hrs to not get called. So I asked to reschedule my apt the receptionist started arguing with me and begging me to stay since my apt was important She also mentioned that she can't control wait times. But This office is like this all the time theres no excuses. I mentioned to her I didn't have the time today and after that she gave me attitude like she didn't want to reschedule my apt. The receptionist also mentioned they were over booked this whole month unfortunately that's not my problem. The customer service could be better it's bad enough patients have long wait times the least thing they can do is be nicer. read more

I called and number is literally out of service........ try somewhere else I suppose

Come with your questions ready, the doctor never asks do you have any questions? He's out the door before you can ask any more. Wish he was more attentive read more

horrible experience made an appointment 2 weeks ago, checked in and waited over 30 minutes just for them to tell me I never made an appointment read more

RUN!! AVOID this place at all costs. I'd give this place ZERO STARS if I could. SUPER unprofessional. I went in for my first ever gynecologist appointment and I left confused and in tears. The wait time isn't as bad, but the staff needs to be changed. During my appointment, the staff gossiped IN FRONT of me about other patients. There were also two girls from the front staff that walked into the room where I was waiting for Dr Guzman. I highly doubt they were students trying to learn while Guzman did the procedures. As I mentioned before, this was my first appointment with a gynecologist.... therefore, my first ever pap smear and consult. I did not appreciate the front staff ladies being in the room while he was doing this procedure and instructing the ACTUAL STUDENT. At the very least, ask the patient if they are comfortable with the staff being in there if they are not students. I also did not appreciate that he did not talk me through the procedure as to what to expect. I put my contact information on the sheets but yet they contacted my relative and told my relative that I have a follow up appointment. Shouldn't you call the patient if they are of age and the patient provides you with their personal number? Made no sense to me. Just run. Don't go here. Find someone else. Who knows if this was just a bad day for everyone in that office, but I'm for sure not going back. Rude, unprofessional, and unorganized. read more

1. 3 hour appointment wait times 2. Never will you see Dr. Nieto 3. No ultrasound machine 4. When you are seen, they never remember anything about your pregnancy 5. Terrible small office 6. Mistakes made twice on glucose screening test 7. Subpar prenatal care read more

Unfortunately I can't give this place the zero stars it deserves. Every appointment is about a 3 hour wait. They schedule about 10 appointments for the same time which is why the wait is long. They are quick to charge your co pay and if you aren't seen the money isn't returned. I do not recommend this office to anyone. read more

WHERE'S DR. NIETO?? we have been coming to this office for 4 months now and not once have we seen Dr. Nieto. She should go to the office every once in a while to see how it run. The service is terrible, Maggie up front is so unprofessional, never seems to know how to answer my questions. Dr. Guzman is always late and then rushes through the appointment because there are 10 other people waiting to see him, always over booked. Called to get a itemized invoice for services to make a claim 2 weeks ago, still waiting. We had 2 office visit denied from insurance. Seems that the billing department doesn't know what they are doing. All visits to the lab went through without a hitch. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE. read more

Dr. Guzman is amazing. I was really scared about my diagnosis, however when I went in for a consult Dr. Guzman was very educated on the subject and reassured me even if we got a bad outcome, it would still be OK. I ended up getting a good outcome and couldn't be more pleased with my time with him. The office is also able to schedule you usually within the next couple days but at most within a week or two just depending on what you are going in for. P.S. I waited no more than 15 minutes in the waiting room, and another 10 in the exam room which isn't long at all considering how many patients they see. read more

If you are a new patient, please don't waste your time even calling this place for an appointment. Dr, your staff (Gloria) is so messy. She put me on hold for 35 mins., she couldn't find the authorization my office had just sent, and she forgot to call back. It shouldn't be an ordeal to make an appointment! I definitely won't call this place back again. read more

I know many people complain about the wait time but she is a very good doctor! But be real! I haven't been in any doctors office where they actually see you at the time of your appointment. Even if the nurses won't recognize you ever, the doctor does! I came here first during my 2nd pregnancy and the first thing she told me was: sometimes you are going to end up waiting a lot or getting your appointment reschedule because I take care personally of each one of my patients unlikely in other places where a general doctor or nurse sees you during the whole pregnancy and the ob-gyn sees you only in the last month. With that said, I have no complains about the doctor. I'm being taken care of here for my 3rd pregnancy and she has been very patient explaining and easing every little doubt in my mind about my c-section/tubal ligation procedure. read more

I was honestly very afraid to come here but it was where my primary doctor send me and seeing all the bad reviews I did not know what to expect but honestly it all went great and I have no bad reviews for this places dr Nieto did not see me it was dr Guzman and he was well known of what he was doing . read more

Horrible horrible horrible DR. Dr. Eduardo Guzmán Doesn't even listen to you he's in and out in seconds of the consult in the room with you. You can't even talk to him because he gets aggravated really fast. Let's not talk about how rude his only two staff members he has in his tiny little office. The way he carry's himself thinking he's more knowledgeable than the Public County Health Department is ridiculous in that tiny office he runs that doesn't even have any restrooms you have to use the same restroom other offices in the building use. The wait time is ridiculous as well. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE RUN FROM IT. I'm glad I'm did my change of OBGYN. I tried so many times to look past things I didn't like starting with his rude receptionist he has in the front desk, but I gave up and I'm done. Glad don't have to see them anymore and getting way better understanding, patient, humble, nice service where I'm going now. Him and his little sidekicks don't even deserve a one star. Zero stars from me. read more

My first time here and I've been waiting for 3 hours now!! Never again!!!! Office staff is nice but a 3 hour wait (and counting) is unacceptable!!!!! Unprofessional. No excuse. And everyone in the waiting room agrees. Never again. I thought maybe this was just the first time it was happening but after talking to the people who have been there before...it's not. It's the norm!! Nope, no thank you!! read more

1.) No Ultrasound Machine. 2.) She's never in her office therefore her staff calls to cancel & reschedule over & over again. (Since I was 14 weeks pregnant/Dec.2016 they have changed my appointment 3 times. Now possibly until March!) 3.) Overbooked! 4.) The wait can be from 1 hour-4 hours. 5.) Office is small. About 8 people fit in the waiting room & a few more in the hallway chairs. The one start is for the nice staff that work really hard and get yelled at by 4/5 people annoyed at everything I mentioned above. Those women (the staff) deserve a paid vacation! read more

If you are a new patient, be aware!! the office canceled appointment TWO times, first time the office is closed, no real explanation. The second time, the doctor has an emergency (so typical)! Each time, you would have to wait for TWO more months for the next available openings, assuming it will not be canceled again. They wont even trying to make it up to you, or trying to squeeze you in sooner. If its your fault that you had to keep on canceling patient's appointment, shouldn't you work a little longer hours on other days to accommodate the patients. Obviously, you could care less about your patients, then why bother to be in this profession??! read more

If you are new patient to this dr please find another... for several reasons! 1. If you would like to meet your dr before you deliver and see her for appointments, then find another. I found out on my 2nd dr visit that Dr Nieto does not do in office consultations, she only does delivery and surgeries. And I only found this out because I asked if I'd be seeing the dr at the appt. you will see the nurse practitioner and yes like all the posts say the wait is long. 2. This office does NOT have an ultrasound machine. I'm not sure what they do for routine ultrasounds, they say they send you to their Norwalk office. I did not have an ultrasound till week 12 and that's because I switched back to my previous OB. At this ultrasound I find out that my baby had stopped growing at 8.5 weeks. I know this would have been the ultimate outcome no matter which dr I was seeing but if I had had an ultrasound earlier on in my pregnancy I wouldn't have made it to my 12th week thinking everything was ok. 3. When the office staff requested for the NT ultrasound (1st trimester genetic screening) at a perinatal center they did not know where I would be going and I had to call just about every day to initiate some sort of action to get the authorizations moving. Terrible experience, there are more reasons I would not recommend going to this dr but the most important are listed above. Please keep looking!!!! Do not waste your precious time here read more

I give this office 0 stars. Do Not book an appointment with this office unless you are ok with waiting for HOURS for your appointment. Unheard of. I came here because it was one of the only local offices that accepted Family Pact. I left when I realized that patients who had 10:30 AM appointments were still waiting, even though it was 12:45 PM. I cancelled and made an appointment for the next Friday morning( today) because the receptionist said it would be faster. But I am writing this at 11:45 AM as I wait for my 9:15 AM appointment. So ridiculous. Office is so small people are sitting on the floor. Only staying because I need a prescription while I am looking for insurance. Unacceptable. read more

Dr. Nieto was knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable, not to mention that through my rough pregnancy the office staff called and checked up on me after every visit. Thank you, I'm a first time mom and had a great pregnancy experience with you guys. I would also like to say melody was awesome, and made everything very easy for me. read more

The wait is up to 1.5 hrs but she's great, informative, super nice, & very personal. The front and back staff is awesome too!!!

Dr Guzman is so crap he is such a liar told me that my pregnancy was risky I don't agree with the diagnosis went another dr did the same test and didn't present any risk thanksGod my baby comes healthy I don't recommend this dr I'm very disappointed. read more

Although Dr Nieto is a GREAT doctor who delivered both my children the wait time is absurd... 4 hours just to get results is absolutely ridiculous. An addition to the wait time, there is never enough seating for the overflowing patients who are scheduled for the same time NOR IS THERE AN ULTRASOUND machine, it's located at another office in Norwalk. read more

I have been a Registered Nurse for 38 years. Gynecology is among the specialties in which I have experience. My daughter lives in the LA area. I believe she has Medi-Cal insurance, so she was forced to go to this office to be treated by Dr. Guzman and his atrociously rude, unprofessional and uncompassionate staff. I am appalled by the treatment she has received post-op. She was told postoperatively to call for an appointment in 2 weeks. When she did she was informed it would be 3 weeks before she could be seen. She called 10 days later with symptoms not consistent with expected post-operative discomfort and bleeding. She had to leave a message and no one called her back. She called a second time and was treated rudely and dismissively by staff. They denied her either to speak with the physician or be seen. She was forced to go to urgent care. She was told they could not treat her due to liability issues associated with being a post-op patient. They referred her to the emergency department. She was treated with dignity and respect there. She was finally heard. She had bloodwork and imaging. All of this time and expense could have been avoided if the physician's practice had done their job. As a medical professional who witnessed firsthand Dr. Guzman's bedside manner and his staff's disregard for the health and well-being of his patients, I am disgusted. How sad that insurance dictates our healthcare. Too many hard-working people who do not get employee benefits are being subjected to substandard care such as we have experienced with this practice. This practice should be ashamed of itself read more

My mother has had health problems for as long as i can remember. Finding the right doctor is difficult for anyone. Doctor Nieto was the one doctor my mother had seen that she liked the most. Doctor Nieto as well her staff had made her feel very comfortable and welcome. Sometimes the wait is a little long but I'd rather wait long for an amazing doctor visit and service then not wait anything at all for a doctor who doesn't care for her patients and doesn't bring results. read more

I didn't want to believe the reviews. But damn they are relevant. Don't waste your time.

Don't waste your time! They take forever. If you're willing to wait 3 hours then go for it otherwise, RUN!

I've been here 3 times and have never actually met the doctor. Minimum 3 hour wait each time. There are people sitting on the hallway floor. This is ridiculous. Do not come here! read more

If i can give zero stars I would. Staff is nice but beware of the wait!!! I have been waiting for two hours and still counting! No consideration of patients time whats so ever!!! read more

If you're a new patient please don't waste your time here like I did. 1.my first visit was a 5 hour wait!! No lies. I can't believe I waited.I was hungry, tired, exhausted and very frustrated. Other patients came after me and left before me.typical thing of them. 2.they cancel you appt over and over again. 3. No ultrasound machine. And hardly ever hear your baby's heartbeat. 4.Dr is never there, only this "nurse practitioner" who seems he is still a student because he doesn't know anything! You ask him anything and says let me call the doctor. Hmm really? Then why is he there? 5. This is the worse one, the hospital gave such a bad review on this doctor even the nurses said they have not seen her deliver a baby in the past few months! This doctor lives out of patients visits not because she delivers baby's and if she does , she loves performing C-sections! 6. I was in the hospital due to pre-term labor and she never answer her cell phone and the office never answered either.and worse she didn't even bother to follow up. Call the office to schedule a follow up appt which they cancelled.... I'm done with them! read more

Patient beware. Dr. Nieto is in my medical group and I went to her Norwalk office. The first red flag was that her receptionist stated that co-pays have to be paid in cash. The second red glad is that on the sign in sheet the doctor asks for your date of birth. Wow, I can now assume the identity of the ladies who signed in before me. Haven't these ladies heard of identity theft. Then the intake person tried to charge me $50 CASH for my exam. It's free with my health insurance and practically every insurance in California for annual preventative care. Add to that I have been waiting in the lobby for TWO hours! That's how long the other ladies have been waiting because I polled them. Update: from the time I walked in the door to the time I saw the doctor- 2.5 hours. Dr. Nieto is a great doctor and I have to admit one of the most personable and knowledgeable. But, am I willing to wait 2.5 hours to see her and get shaken down by her front desk - no thank you. read more
