Four of us met at this landmark breakfast spot in downtown Dunedin. The inside was very charming with lots of churches for sale. We got here at 10:00 & took an outdoor table. The breakfast menu was very appealing with quesadillas, breakfast bowls, omelettes, oatmeal, waffles, avocado, toast, eggs, Benedict, and breakfast sandwiches. Breakfast was delicious, portions were generous & all of us enjoyed.

This place was fine. Everyone raves about how they roast their coffee here, but it wasn't for me. I had an iced coffee, so maybe that was a mistake to truly taste it. I had a veggie sandwich and it came with a side chips, which was just lays in a bag. Service was a bit slow, maybe it was more difficult since we were outside. Anyway, sadly I'm not rushing to come back here.

We were looking for a quick breakfast - glad we stopped in! This is a local Spot - the owner greeted us and we were seated really fast. They have bowls, quesadillas and omelets - you really can't go wrong! I had the veggie bowl - tons of potatoes and sauteed spinach. The pico was delish and so was the guacamole. I also couldn't pass up an order of Cuban toast. There's tons of seating on their patio and there are some tables inside as well. It has a small cafe type feel - really down home. If you're in the area give them a try!

While waiting for our car to get an oil change down the street we stopped in to Sand Piper for a relaxing breakfast. This is one of our favorite breakfast spots in downtown Dunedin. I had the BMT Quesadilla. It is a full breakfast with eggs, bacon, mushrooms and more, delicious. My wife had the Eggs Benedict with breakfast potatoes, also great. We will continue to dine here when downtown in the morning.

Had outdoor seating - limited. Food was great - service was not friendly. Felt like they just wanted us out.

Super cute tiny little coffee/breakfast stop in downtown Dunedin. It was a freezing cold morning when we stopped in so I would complain that the restaurant was cold BUT I know we aren't equipped for that here in Florida so it probably wasn't the restaurants fault. I got a caramel latte to drink which was big and beautiful and warm. For food I got eggs benedict. It was served fresh and the portion size was pretty big. My eggs were cooked pretty well and there was plenty of sauce for the dish. My nephew got a waffle which I ended up trying because he wasn't feeling it, but I thought it was really delicious. And it comes with fresh fruit, which is always a bonus in my book.

This place never ceases to impress! A true gem in the heart of Dunedin. The service is top notch every time. We have been especially impressed with the expert hospitality demonstrated by servers Luke, Julia, Nick, and Avalon. They deserve a raise! Our orders are always correct and they go the extra mile to make sure every aspect is just right. Every time we come here we are greeted with a friendly smile. If you want great food and friendly, fast service to boot, this is your place!

Coffee and food both were good, but food portions were on the smaller side for the price. Not the best choice if you are hungry

Just the ticket in a quaint little town like Dunedin. Omelet was perfect - hot and full of yummie flavors. A must when you visit.

I've only had their freshly roasted coffee, but its as good as coffee gets. Its pricey coffee, not Dunkin Donuts, but its worth it.

There's so many different options and they always offer seasonal drinks that I enjoy trying. One thing I would definitely recommend is their bacon egg croissant with the hot honey or cracked pepper so good!!!! They do have seating inside, but it's Dunedin... You can always take your coffee, walk around or find a nice bench to sit on.

There's probably a reason their online menu doesn't list prices. A $15 croissant was so small that I felt like I needed to go somewhere else for breakfast afterward. The coffee was just okay, and I wouldn't be surprised if measuring the ounces showed a significant underpour. For these prices, I expected a lot more. Definitely not worth the hype. Update: I'm disappointed that the owner chose to dismiss my review as "ridiculous" and respond with a sarcastic remark about my "classy side." My review was an honest reflection of MY experience, including acknowledgment of the good service. My criticism was directed at the value of what I purchased, not at the people running the business. Unfortunately, the owner's response took a more personal tone. I stand by my review and will let the owner's response speak for itself.

It seems like something you would walk by and miss but I am glad we came here. When you walk in, don't expect laptop customers or noisy crowd. It is more of a quiet, light conversation crowd. I ordered a nice cold Chai latte. I ordered it with an addition of Irish cream. At first, I was expecting her to pull out the usual Bailey's. She added an authentic rich Irish cream. It made the latte very good and added a nice kick. If you are looking for a place to relax, this is the place.

Actually, they're not my cohorts. Every 1 star review is by some rookie Yelpie with ~5 reviews and damn near no friends. Who are these clowns? I found the place to be cool and friendly with lots of beverage options and a ton a gadgets to buy or just fiddle with. It is a real coffee and wine drinkers paradise. If you prefer beer, they do stock a few items for those types. What types, you ask? The types that go into a wine bar and order a damn beer. I needed a pick-me-up, so I ordered a vanilla chai and pick me up it did. Hands down, the best I've ever had. Then again, it was my first so take that with a grain of salt. They also offer a little foid and I wanted to try some stuff, but I just wasn't hungry. Another day though!
