We couldn't stop to take photos of the carne asada quesadilla - super cheesy, filled with meat and with sour cream, lettuce onion, cilantro and tomato on the side. Comes with two salsas, green milder and red smokey spicy. We stopped by the market and went straight to the back corner for the chicharon and carne seca. Love the try before you buy service, they know we will buy after a taste LOL Sooo crunchy! Have never had carne seca before and now I know I'll be craving it. The market had super fresh veggies and the carniceria had lots of different cuts of meat as well as marinated ready to cook options. Great stop in the middle of the long road! read more

The tacos I ordered were barely warm and small meat portions. The building is old and dingy the employees are not friendly or engaging!

I'm the owner of Hook'n Them Up Fishing charters from Port Hardy, British Columbia Canada I have eaten here a few times. It's quite good. I highly recommend if you're driving to Spokane or Idaho to stop here and have some lunch. Stopped here on our way to Spokane, the food was excellent and the lady who rung our drinks up was very sweet. The covered seating area was a nice place to get out of the wind though there were a number of flies about. If you're looking for a quickish, tasty meal in George, I'd pick Sandoval over Subway any day! read more

I stopped by here after hanging out at Frenchman Coulee. I got some tacos (beef and pork), and I thought they were great. They have bottles of salsa sitting around at some of the tables. Use them to enhance your experience, but do so knowing that no customer is washing hands there. Lol There is a little store right next to it. Grab a 40 for a few dollars and you can go home fulfilled knowing that you've hit just about every major attraction in George. read more

We stopped for gas and a bathroom break at an adjacent gas station and decided we needed something to eat and drink as well. This looked like a friendly spot to hop in to so we decided to give it a try. Immediately upon entering, it seemed like a bodega and a gas station had a baby. More stuff than a traditional gas station, but less than a larger convenience store. They had plenty of drink and food options, as well as lots of trinket type stuff for sale near the cash registers. They also had quite the meet selection... Something I wasn't expecting, but certainly can appreciate! The true gem here however, was in the back corner where they had Carne seca as well as chicharrones for sale. The Carne seca was absolutely brilliant! Super flavorful, just a little bit crunchy and just a little warm since it had been under a heat lamp. It was my first true experience with this, but this has set a very high bar. The next time we are driving through, we will definitely be stopping here to get snacks for the drive either two or from wherever we are going! read more

The birria (goat stew) was generous and delicious! And the quesabirria were an amazing treat. I'm sure they can't be good for me but I'd go for them any time I want to splurge. Not much in the way of food in Vantage. Glad we found this little truck. Simple menu. We split the birria tacos and a carnitas burrito. Both were well prepared and tasty! The green salsa was nice and spicy. Would recommend if you're in the area and need a quick bite. read more

Don't you dare go to Subway when this is nearby! I got the quesabirria and it was amazing. My partner got the carne asada burrito and it was legendary. Fabulous place! Perfect for a quick road trip taco truck stop... we ordered a carne asada burrito and torta! Both were delish - reminded me of real comida mexicana and not the tex mex crap. Totally recommended! ... my only complaint (making this a 4-star instead of a 5) was the foam to-go ware. But they had foil too so you can ask and avoid the single-use plastic!! read more

This place is just what we needed after wakeboarding in Moses Lake today! It's right off the I90. We are headed east toward Seattle. I had the carne asada plate! Oh so delicious. It has the juiciest flavor with a hint of lime. The beans and rice were the freshest I think I have ever had. I eat a lot of carne asada and I really wish this was by my house. I am sure it helps to be right next to a carniceria store which means fresh meat!! My boys had the burritos -carne and they were awesome. Go here. Don't go for fast food. There is a gas station next store to go to the restroom after and get gas. Perfect stop! Also means you can park behind the gas station with your big truck and fun toy. Salsa rocked the hiZouse! The red was spicy--to spicy for my son but for me perfect and I love Spicy. The boys settled on the tasty green sauce. Yuu-um. read more

Fantastic spot for tacos and burritos. Easy access and friendly service. Will definitely stop again when crossing the state.

They use the same salsa that they give in the small containers in the enchiladas. On the picture it says they're red but when served they're green. They have no prices. The burritos weren't flavor-able and the rice was really blan. I wish it was better it's very convenient but just because it's convenient I wouldn't come back. read more

Stopped here en route to Sand Point. We were getting gas at the station next door and feeling a little glum about having to settle for the Subway inside when I decided to check Yelp.
