Aguachiles ! Already mixed around! Picture doesn't do it justice!

Not many options in town but this place would stack up against any mariscos spot even with various options in the area! Grew up in Chicago flooded with authentic mariscos spots! all over the city! This brings back! Like I said this place would do amazing anywhere ! The whole menu is amazing, I personally like a place I can go and not worry about getting sick when it comes to actual Mariscos it's a tough find!! This place is a gem ! Recommend it ! Especially in the hot weather

Food was average. The Birria was probably the best thing they had. The burritos were overpriced and too chewy. Everything else was average.

Wow!!! All of the…read moregood food in Washington State is in Moses Lake. Washington has not won a John Beard since 2019. Nor is the state covered under the famous and most respected Michelin's Guide system. Face it, this state is not known for its food. Moses Lake is the anomaly to all this. Micheal's by the Lake is the surprisingly upstart. This is a much needed relief. The oasis in this culinary desert. We came as a large group to celebrate my in-law's birthday. They sat us down in a privet dinning room in the back. Most places you would think we would of been ignored and forgotten by the staff. At Michael's by the Lake we pretty much had our own wait staff. They were very friendly and attentive. The food was exquisite! Everything was done perfectly. Especially the mozzarella sticks. All in all, my family have nothing bad to say. So far, Michael's by the Bay is the best restaurant in Washington State!

Only gave three stars as this place is always busy! Very little parking. Food comes out a bit slow…read moreat times. It's usually cold so bring a sweater or coat if you get cold easily. Ask to sit in Ericka's section she's amazing. The drinks are normally good. But take a look at these desserts. Menu is old and rarely have new items to choose from. If your in town or need a nice place for a night out of place for a first date this is an ideal place for occasions such as this but beware that there are usually big groups so expect long waits to be seated, for food and drinks during busy times.

The flavor combinations were unreal, and the presentation of every course was just as impressive. We did the tasting menu and everything was incredible, but the duck with cauliflower purée was hands down my favorite. I'm not even usually a cauliflower purée person, but OH MY GOD. Everything about that dish was perfect. The salmon with dirty rice was amazing, the sorbet was such a good reset, and the butternut squash mochi dessert with the cream, crumble and little citrus bubbles was the perfect ending. The service was also phenomenal. It didn't feel like we had one assigned server -- the entire staff worked together as one team and everyone was incredibly friendly and attentive. I also loved that the atmosphere felt elevated without being stuffy. The staff dressed casually, the space was cozy, spacious and beautiful, the lighting was dim but still bright enough to actually appreciate the gorgeous presentation, and the music was at the perfect level. We came for my birthday and they brought out a candle with dessert, which was such a sweet touch. And for a tasting menu, we were FED. I was honestly getting full after the salmon and we still had several courses to go. We've spent $700+ at other tasting-menu restaurants and somehow left hungry. Mana was less expensive, we left completely satisfied, and the experience was better. 100% worth the price. Easily one of the best meals I've ever had, and I would come back to Leavenworth just to eat here again. 5 stars doesn't feel like enough.

Lovely from start to finish!…read more Amazing service, beautiful restaurant and stunningly delicious food. The prix fixe menu is well-paced, good portion sized and boldly flavored which is a perfect combination. I'll post the menu in my photos, but some stand-outs included: - Smoked Hama Hama Oyster and Maitake Mushrooms in Tom Kha Broth - well seasoned with a great bunch of flavor, I would've licked the plate clean if possible - Seared Grassfed Lamb Chop - perfectly cooked, punchy chimichurri and loved the pop of sweetness from the green grape jam - Nectarine Peach Flan - the buckwheat crumble and basil whipped cream were to die for Every dish had multiple components but the food didn't feel stuffy or overdone. I also loved that the entire waitstaff and cook staff took turns serving different courses throughout the night. A memorable evening with great friends and amazing food! Such a treat, Mana.
