But no - they badgered me about my registration and insurance, when in fact I was not required to hand over either one! All they needed was my VIN # and policy #, but instead of asking for those simple details, they refused to help me until I produced my registration (car was new, so I didnt have it yet). They talked down to me, treated me as I was not very intelligent, and can assure I will not be back. Beware of terrible customer service!

They had the Rainex wiper blades that I needed for the driver side but not for the passenger side, but there were comparable blades at reduced cost which did the job. Paid at the register and the manager affixed them to my car once I pulled up to the empty bus stop in front of the shop. Good thing too since the next day it snowed pots and pans and my old wipers were toast. I think I might be hungry right now.
