I used them for a wedding guest dress to be dry cleaned and hemmed. It was amazing quality and the price was low for hemming. They were really nice, quick and easy to talk to. I will be going back and taking all my clothes. read more

I have used SanDa cleaners for 18 years. In the beginning they were si good and friendly. After they were sold I continued to use them even though the owner was not friendly. Her daughter was very nice. It has changed ownership in the last year and their prices have skyrocketed! I got 5 slipcovers from my sofa dry cleaned and was charged $115. Very high compared to what I paid in the past at the same cleaners when they were owned by the previous owners. Today I took in two of my husband's cotton casual shirts to be laundered and I asked first how much it would be and was told it would be over $30 with the tax!! $15 a short! I did not leave them and won't be back. T.Wayburn. 2025 read more

Awful. Ruined my shirt and refused to refund me the cleaning fee much less replace my blouse. BEWARE.

I would give zero stars if I could. I took a bridesmaid's dress in to be altered. A nice man pinned it where it needed to be hemmed and taken in. He suggested it be dry cleaned as well. I received my ticket that had $38.41. It sounded reasonable and I left it with him. When my husband went to pick the dress up, they charged him $131! That's $50 more than the dress even cost. When I called to let them know they overcharged my husband and showed them my ticket receipt, they claimed that price was just for the dry cleaning. First, it was a brand new dress that only needed to be steamed for wrinkles. Second, they never said there would be any other charge and the receipt had hem and alter written on it. I feel completely scammed. I would never have agreed to a $131 alteration on a $80 dress. I received an apology and an offer for $17 off that price. I will not be returning and advise others to beware. read more

Very expensive.....$25 ea for a flat & fitted sheet set ($50 total) & $50 for a comforter, crazy Brentwood pricing! Son didn't know better but when I asked if she offered discounts or coupons, she said No but if we would've asked prior to dropping them off, she would've given a discount, very strange? Left me feeling like I'm we were ripped off. Just know pricing & ask for discount PRIOR to dropping off if you venture. read more

The is place is horrible. 72 turn around time for laundry services, your clothes still smell dirty and they'll 'forget' to give you some of your clothes back. Ridiculous. Stay away. read more

Simply amazing experience. My daughter got sick on my brand new crushed velvet duvet and being new to the area I wasn't sure where to turn. Imagine grape juice on a gray duvet.... NOT good. Well, I live in Cool Springs so though I would give them a try. Let me tell you they were amazing! The ladies were so friendly, offered incredible customer service AND they were able to make my duvet look brand new again. I could tell they took pride in their work. They even asked how my daughter was feeling upon pickup of the duvet. How sweet is that?!? I'm a customer for life. Thanks again Sanda Cleaners for doing an excellent job! read more

Very professional and fantastic timely job. Certainly not cheap but if you need something delicate, special or quick. I'd go here!

We took 3 pair of men's pants for hem only. They were pinned & $15 per pair. When they were picked up & tried on, they were not hemmed based on request. The pants were returned & re-pinned for alteration again. The tailor said no charge & provided a receipt to that effect. When we arrived for pick up, the tailor was not there but left word that she changed from no charge to 1/2 of the original total charge. The tailor said the first pin was approved so she needed to charge after all. My husband has one leg slightly larger & longer than the other & alterations are a little unique. The tailor told my husband to buy wider leg pants & wear wider shoes. Really?????? It cost $74 for the pants to be hemmed. We will not return due to lack of communication, rudeness, and over priced. read more

Great customer service. Great job on pressing suits and starch shirts. Try them one time and you will see what I mean. The young lady that meets you at the counter is very competent and wears sunglasses inside which adds to the experience ! read more

This was my first ever visit to a dry cleaner. I called and asked if I could get my coat cleaned the same day and was told I could. I brought my coat in before work, was greeted with kindness and a smile. I picked my coat up after work and was greeted again with friendly smiles (the ladies who work there seem so nice) and my coat looked like a brand new coat!! I would definitely go here again and recommend them to others. read more

Thank you Sanda for cleaning my silk dress right. Nothing is worse than a water stain on silk. The service here is quick and efficient. Things usually only take a day to get dry cleaned here! However, it is a little on the expensive side. $13 for a shirt dress, ah yikes. read more

Sanda Cleaners has been our cleaners for 14 years. They have always done an excellent job until they got new owners. The last 4-5 times we've taken our laundry there it has come back a mess. Due to my husbands job requiring lots of travel, he liked to have all of his shirts "boxed". He's retired now, but still likes his shirts boxed. His shirts come back folded in a lazy fashion and therefore wrinkled all over. We are looking for a new cleaners and NO, I would not recommend Sanda Cleaners to anyone. read more

I recently moved to the area from Charlotte, North Carolina and I was looking for a reasonably priced dry cleaner and tailor. San-Da cleaners did not dissappoint me. I have had a signficant tailoring completed on a 2 piece suit, linen blazer and several pants included jeans hemmed. They did a excellent job and take pride in there work. The customer service is great and they point out any challenge or problem areas. I highly recommend them. NJB read more

Their prices are competitive. Their customer service is excellent. The quality of their work is some of the best in town.

They charge $46 plus taxes for a Queen size Comforter. After, I left the store I thought this was a little pricey so I called the cleaners by my house and they provide this same service for $25. I called Sanda Cleaners again to tell them this and he told me I could just come and pick up my comforter. I even asked if he wanted to keep it and provide the service but not at $46 and he said no. We hung up with [him]not saying goodbye. read more
