This concerns the negative review from Marya A. She and her husband were a nightmare as tenants and almost drove one of my best Agents to tears. Everything was a fight with these two. They initially refused to move as promised. Then when they did move, they left the house a filthy mess, with a broken door and the shower backed up with their hair. My agent turned the place around in ONE DAY for the new tenants. We deducted the cost for the cleaning, trash removal, and repairs from their security deposit and returned the rest. Marya's husband called me and told me he agreed "with 90% of the deductions." When I asked him to send me something in writing regarding the 10% he disagreed with, he dropped about 50 F-bombs on me, insulted my military service, then hung up on me. After that, Marya went on every website she could find to insult me and my company. She is a very spiteful human being. We are so glad to be rid of her. When I put my home up for sale last year, Frank actually picked up tools and helped me finish prepping the house and yard. He shot a great video highlighting the best features of our house and we actually sold our house for above the appraisal!
