The toilet ran water from the tank the one I flushed it when I moved in. The maintenance guy actually came out to repair that and asked if the property manager had even seen the unit. I was told my unit was professionally cleaned prior to move in. It wasn't. There were old mousetraps and trash left in the cabinets. The level of filth left in my unit was horrifying. Grease is covering the ceiling of my kitchen because the stove is not vented. The blinds are falling off the windows and the window screens all have holes in them. There were streaks of blood and feces on the walls and doors of my unit. And every request I submit for repairs is ignored unless I email every day until something gets done. and that still takes weeks.

They were untimely in returning my escrow refunds, and they intitially demanded signatures and documents that it was later clear they did not need. My realtor also seemed to be under the impression that they were responsible for delays in closing within the timeframe both the seller and me as the buyer initially aimed for. Being the buyer you would think my interests as the buyer would be better represented by my realtor, Lori. I received my property in terrible condition with junk left behind. I was given the keys with furniture left behind and junk everywhere . Food in the refrigerator had to be cleared out of it by me. Where is my realtor to protect my rights? Lori comes across as a personable person but I was not impressed with my experience with her. I got the "used car salesperson" rhetoric from her. I regret my decision to use her to represent me in this transaction. Lori said I would be receiving impeccable service but this did not happen! Beware of this realtor! She may promise you things and never deliver the service you deserve!

This review is for Chase Lytle at First Team Real Estate. I was the buyer to a home that was listed…read moreby him. For almost a month we knew when the home would close escrow and I made my plans accordingly to make it as smooth as possible, especially for me who works 40+ hours. I had ordered a POD a week before close date to load up and have it delivered. Well, a week before closing I was hit with I wouldn't be able to move in because the sellers would still be in the home. Lytle tried to say his sellers had 5 days to stay in the property but there was no paperwork. His reason was that his sellers were old and their moving truck wasn't scheduled until 3 days after closing. Then we said we would get legal involved and his answer was that by the time legal gets involved his sellers would be out of the house. Mind you I have already scheduled days off work, my wife had already scheduled days off work to move and we have a 7 year old that had to be taken out of one school district to another. Then I decided I'm fine we will give the 3 days if we can drop our POD, since it was already scheduled to be delivered to the new address. The sellers agreed to that. We sent out the form agreeing to the 3 day extension and a prorate of how much it would cost us for those three days. They never signed the form and the night before the POD was to be delivered, they said it cannot go in the driveway. Something they had agreed to verbally. So because there was no way to stop the delivery they had to store the POD at their facility. That brought me to the fact that once escrow closed, the sellers had no right to the property. Despite the fact the sellers had their property in the house and possession of the house keys still, brought me to the only recourse that I was going to park my vehicles on the driveway. That was because the only signed contract was that they had until 5pm on the day of the close of escrow to be in the home. Thankfully it never got to that point and my POD was able to get delivered and I received the prorate of my mortgage for 3days, along with the fee I was charged to store the POD at their facility. That don't excuse the fact that he was willing to break a contract because he messed up by not securing extra days his seller could be in the home. Had that been in the front end I could have planned accordingly. That was something I did upon the sale of my house and something that is easily worked around.

I would rate them for -5 stars if I could! They should change their company name to "LAST TEAM",…read morethe agent dropped my listing price by $15000 without letting me know... and during escrow I had to fill out all paperwork by myself and fax or deliver them on my own its like im selling the house by myself, and at the end of the deal buyer try to cut another $5000 for repair first team won't even step up to help with the cost, I almost drop the deal not because of the buyer but because my helpless agent! Also their escrow company is Hallmark they are rude and made many mistakes on my final check and worst of all; delay the close of escrow by 2 more weeks which means I had to pay 2 more weeks of interest... I should back out from First Team and sell my house with any other real estate company I could sell at least $20000 more plus a better service! First Team Temecula
