I ordered and paid for granite counters, order was taken and an install date was given, the area (…read morekitchen counter tops ) had to be prepared so the house was in disrepair and we were unable to use the area. 1 day before the scheduled install the owner called and said there was a corner that was broken and would need to be fixed before installing and so the scheduled install date was no longer going to happen. When I expressed my frustration that they had waited until 1 day before to get ready for the install ( since we had done our part and put our use of the kitchen on hold to be ready for them to install as agreed ) the owner said he'd get on it asap. What he did was sent out the pieces including the broken corner piece and had his installers go ahead and install it without fixing it at all. One of the installers actually sarcastically said "oh we have to get this done today since this is a rush job" and the other installer laughed. A picture is attached of the broken piece where they doctored it up with filler. So, if you are ready to spend a significant amount of money to have counter tops installed I highly recommend you don't hire this business.
