A couple of days, a week or two, later they contacted me, via email, to see if I still was interested. I was so they setup the appointment. On the day before the appointment I had to reschedule, they were very nice and were able to move it just one day. It made my day that it wasn't a huge hassle to move the appointment. When they came out the workers were very nice and were careful around the flower beds. The quality of work was excellent and they finished the job in a few hours.

He knew immediately that there was nothing wrong with my water heater. He lit it and explained that at some point I will need a new one (it is old). He charged me an extremely reasonable price for a house call, but what I really appreciated was his honesty. He could have "fixed it" and charged me much more. He took the time to explain everything and had the knowledge to immediately know my unit was old, but in working order. I so appreciated it because, as a woman with limited funds and a healthy dose of cynicism from multiple bad experiences with plumbers and other service men, he restored my faith in the exsistence of good people running an honest business.
