Javier came through while I was in a pinch and met me with professionalism, promptness and quality delivery. I needed something with a few day turnaround. When I called, he said he could make it work. I came in that afternoon to choose the plaque design. While those displayed in front were bigger than I desired, he understood what I was looking for and grabbed a slightly smaller plaque from the back and it was perfect! I got a crystal plaque engraved with logo and lines of text. He sent me a design/mockup over email and it came exactly as designed. The prices were reasonable and comparable to other shops nearby. Can I give Sanchez Awards 6 stars??? Yesterday afternoon I got this great idea to present my most valuable employee with an award of sort today. I called three trophy shops and they all said it would take a few days for completion. I decided to stop by Sanchez Awards at lunch. I was greeted by a very nice gentleman named Javier Sanchez (owner). Javier gave me an extremely fair price and guaranteed a pick up time of 11am. Fast forward to this morning. I called the shop to get an update on pick up time. Sure enough, Javier told me to come by at 9am to pick it up. I highly recommend considering Sanchez Awards. I live in culver city and originally bought my soccer awards at Sanchez Trophies (not the same) and missed the pick up time. I called around and couldn't find any shop open.
