I am the Aircraft Maintenance Midnight Shift Manager for Delta Airlines in LAX. One of my Lead Mechanics was transferring out to Atlanta after 11 years of working in LAX. A special award was indeed required for his departure. I found Majestic Trophy Co. which was about 1 mile from my home, and went through the website. I found this really nice Glass Marquee Blue award that would be great. 11/14 The site initially charged $184.33 for the single award, I had put all of what you see in the made award for Daniel Curry. Jeff the person at Majestic was in contact with me right away, so the customer service there is wonderful. 11/15 Jeff called back and stated that the award was present but no template, and asked if I would like to try another award, one in stock. Of course I would because 11/18 was the last day Curry would be in LAX. The expedited service was really great so that I went for pick up 11/18 and the award was in a great box, the first thing I noticed was the light font and was not uniform as far as lettering being completed. When I got home and took it out of the box to take a picture, I couldn't read the award, it just looked like a clear piece of glass (award). I checked the site and notice the award was $66 and not $175 Jeff charged me. I called Jeff and he said it was a site "glitch" and he charged me $100 even and refund me $75. FINAL THOUGHT: I think the contact was good and so was the expedited processing, and Jeff seemed like a good guy. I feel Jeff knew the product wasn't to standard as far as engraving and tried to dress it up with a nice box. I feel that $100 was still overcharge, but I understand his small shop probably took a hit on the other award that was ordered, shouldn't be the customers problem though (integrity). I feel that the product overall was a 2 star, not clean, bad engraving, no contrast. I have a shift with 100 guys, awards are great morale boosters, but I don't know if I will give Majestic Trophy Co another shot. read more

Not only did he find the exact GOLD BASKETBALL that i have been looking for months, but he also manage it have it engraved and ready to pick up by 12:30pm. Talk about same day service. I was blown away by the quality of engraving and customer service! I highly recommend this place! Other customers who walk-in while i was there talked very highly of Jeff.
