It was a pleasure doing business with Crown Trophy in Cypress, California. We were in an immediate need for two trophies in two business days and Rosemary made it all possible. Communicating by phone, Rosemary clearly shared what was available and costs. We went in person to select the stand. One would end up being around $20, the other $7. Rosemary did not pressure us to purchase the more expensive one but we opted for the more expensive and substantial one. Rosemary did an excellent job engraving the plate and found boxes to protect them. We were quite pleased with the finished products but more impressed by the customer service at Crown Trophy. This place is a perfect example of why brick and mortar store is going out of business and people do the shopping online. I asked a friend who is a coach where he gets his trophies and he said crown trophies so I drove down there and from the moment I entered the store I felt like I was bothering the salesman. He seemed the whole time to want to discourage me from ordering trophies. He provided no customer service and handed me a 900 page catalog and told me to look through it. He did not turn to any particular pages, he didn't offer suggestions. He provided no encouragement and made no effort at all to sell me trophies. My daughter was awarded a trophy over the weekend which she dropped and broke, she is six I phoned this business and explained what occurred hoping they would have the parts since it was a very recently created item They replaced the components at No Charge while I waited 5 minutes! I went into this Crown Throphy store needing some last minute trophies last week for my sons soccer team. Wow, well let me tell you what an experience I had. When I opened the door to this trophy store, it looked like a Daddy Day Care Center. The young bald man (Who looked like he was Amish) I believe was the employee for this company, was holding a baby boy in his arms, while helping another man (Who was also holding a baby boy in his arms) with buying some trophies. The Amish looking employee man also had a young girl (Holding a cell phone-Can You Believe This). She was pulling and hanging on his leg. And to top it off there were 2-3 kids running around the store taking trophies off of the shelves. COMPLETE CHAOS!!!!! Literally thought it was a Day Care Center, who knows nowadays???? I turned back around and existed this store as quickly as possible. I was wondering if I should call the labor board, and maybe have the owner of this business shut down!!!!!! P.S. Who let's their babies hold/play with a cell phone? Or is the cell phone the babysitter???? read more

My husband and I wanted to purchase trophies as our donation to our church for its 1st annual golf tournament, we have never purchased a trophy before let alone 3 different styles, we were trying to design the perfect 1st place trophies so with Adrian's help we though we had it, we did decide to make some changes and things got a little frustrating between both parties, we just wanted something beautiful to give. I was upset about the situation BUT after picking up our trophies and seeing the amazing job that was done, I am totally satisfied with the end results and the customer service I received from Rosemary. We were presenting 2 awards to our outstanding Associates and I was concerned that I would not be able to locate a company to handle such a small order. I contacted Crown Trophies and spoke to Kyle, a very professional and patient associate. He understood my request, gave me all the logistics regarding the order in a very professional manner. We were working with a short timeline which wasn't an issue for Crown. We ordered the acrylics and they came in with in a couple of days. My next encounter was with Jacob to discuss the remaining part of the order, he also handled himself in a very professional manner and caught an error that would have been detrimental to my order-the due date. There was never any communication the entire week for me to come pick it up. Our team parent happened to misspell the name of several of the kids names when she sent the list over to the nice gentlemen of Crown Trophy. By the time she realized she had done so it was the day before they were to be distributed. Not a problem for Crown Trophy. They took care of it no problem and quickly! First, no one helps you when you first walk into the place. You see workers assembling trophies, but they just look at you. You have to ring a bell before someone will help you. I placed an order for 20+ trophies and they said it would be done in a week. They prefer to use email to communicate, but a week later after asking for a quote I receive an email stating they are having problems with their email, so I go down there to find nothing has been done to complete my order. I definitely will never use them and recommend you avoid them. read more
