When I called, he said he could make it work. I came in that afternoon to choose the plaque design. While those displayed in front were bigger than I desired, he understood what I was looking for and grabbed a slightly smaller plaque from the back and it was perfect! I got a crystal plaque engraved with logo and lines of text. He sent me a design/mockup over email and it came exactly as designed. The prices were reasonable and comparable to other shops nearby. Thank you so much Javier!

I had been searching for a place that could do a nameplate engraving on very short notice, with no…read moresuccess until I phoned Amy's Trophies & Engraving. She was able to have a beautiful engraved name plate done in a very short time, and even added a little stand on the back so it would remain upright. The nameplate is now with our mother's urn, in a glass paneled niche, showing her name as well as birthdate & date of passing. Our family is so grateful for the excellent work, and how quickly it was done... and yes, it's our fault we waited so long to have one engraved. I strongly and highly recommend this business for your engraving needs, she even engraves jewelry. Thank you, from all of our family.

They claim "same day service" and "mockups the same day"--that's a complete lie. Two different people told me that and it never happened. They had our shirts for TWO WEEKS with no deadline, no updates, no communication at all. I had to physically go up there THREE times just to get answers because they wouldn't call back. Every time I called for updates, no one picked up, no one returned my calls. Super unprofessional. They even told me I'd get a sample shirt one day and the rest the next. Guess what? Nothing. No call, no follow-up, no respect for my time. Finally, I had to go back ONE LAST TIME just to grab my blanks because I knew they hadn't started on anything. I asked for my shirts back and they didn't even care--no questions, no concern, just handed them over like nothing. That told me everything I needed to know. HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION. They do not pick up the phone. They do not update you. If you're serious about starting your clothing brand, do yourself a favor and stay FAR away from this place. They'll waste your time and throw your work to the side.

To make matters worse, she canceled the order at the last minute after creating unnecessary confusion and difficulty throughout the process. The entire experience felt as though completing the order was a favor rather than a service she had agreed to provide. Poor communication, lack of accountability, and unprofessional customer service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this business. If this is how customers are treated, it is hard to understand why anyone would want to do business here.
