Every time I called for updates, no one picked up, no one returned my calls. Super unprofessional. They even told me I'd get a sample shirt one day and the rest the next. Guess what? Nothing. No call, no follow-up, no respect for my time. Finally, I had to go back ONE LAST TIME just to grab my blanks because I knew they hadn't started on anything. I asked for my shirts back and they didn't even care--no questions, no concern, just handed them over like nothing. That told me everything I needed to know. HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION.
