I needed to buy end-of-the-year trophies for my Drill Team squad, something I had never done before. I had no idea what to expect and a tight budget. I walked in 15 minutes before closing and was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and extremely helpful Veronica. She took her time helping me pick out a variety of different trophies and medals to meet all my needs, Veronica never complained about the time and spent nearly 45 minutes with me answering all my questions. Not only will you received great customer service by Veronica and her staff, also expect to be quoted very reasonable prices and rapid service with high professionalism. I have ordered plaques and trophies from "Awards You Will Remember, every time I have been very pleased with the service, prices, and quality of work. Recently, I noticed this shop now offers more detailed engravings on pretty much anything, from pictures on glass, metal, plastic, material and much more. This shop might be small but the show room is well displayed. I loved the fact that I am able to place an order over the phone and pay with my credit should my schedule be hectic. I also love the fact that's this shop also has evening hours of operations along with weekend. I came to this shop when I needed a last minute birthday gift for a friend of mine, I know sounds weird, but they had exactly what I wanted. When I tell you that Veronica and Jackie at Awards You Will Remember are both AMAZING - I completely mean that! I am the Admin Assistant at Greater Emmanuel Church in Lynwood, and we do so many awards for various events. Something came up out of the blue that we needed a special award for and they completely came through for us! We called them Friday morning in a panic and they went over and beyond to make it happen. They were able to get us what we needed the same day just a few short hours later. I was more than impressed and truly amazing at the great customer service that they had.
