Fast forward to today. My husband ran over something large and hard at 70 mph. Hit was so hard it popped the needle off of the speedometer in the dash. Managed to get it into see Joshua. Wasn't good news but he gave me 2 options. First was the minimum that needed to be done. Second was an additional item that really should be done. All said and done, more than I wanted to spend but I still feel he was very fair in his pricing. Been driving the van for a few days now and am very happy with the results. Plus, I have the peace of mind knowing I won't be chewing up my tires every few thousand miles. Just as a side note. I did research Cortez Car Care and discovered something amazing. They have been members of the BBB for 23 yrs this year and have not had one single complaint lodged against them in all that time. In any auto related field, especially repair/maintenance, that is a record to be very proud of. Just tells me that they are doing things right and have customer satisfaction very high on their priority list.

Even though he was fully booked for the day, he took the time to put my vehicle up on the lift and thoroughly check out the undercarriage to make sure there was no unseen damage and even put air in my tires. After purchasing We tried to setup an appointment for repairs and no one seemed to care or could give us any information. The "repairs" they made were just bandaids. Most recent visit was just to go in and sign a piece of paper and they made me wait well over an hour after I told them I would be there, just to take 30 seconds to sign after I demanded to see someone. At least 10 employees walking around doing nothing but discussing how they were going to screw over the next customer.
