They failed to set an exact time,and they failed to set up my truck with the vendor they use to install the bedliner. They over booked so i was told i could reschedule or i could get my money back. Unfortunately, after driving 45 minutes and planning my day around the appointment, I showed up only to be told they had overbooked themselves and couldn't take my car. I even offered to leave it for the day since I didn't need it until later, but they were also out of the tint percentage I wanted. Super frustrating and disappointing, especially after hearing such good things.
