He was rude and try to keep telling her anything other than pulling her out ONLY one time would cost $250 which is BS since she also gets a free tow up to seven miles. He pulled her out and didn't wait to see if the car would start or if she would get stuck again, he just drove off. Low and behold the car isn't starting and she is now sitting and waiting on Hatche's wrecker service to come help her because we will NEVER use this wrekcer service EVER AGAIN.

They did not paint the inside of my door handle. My truck had large gaps by the front fender. The bed of my truck was put on incorrectly. They didn't put my Ram symbol back on the passenger side. They missed some repair area and tried to tell me it my truck came from the dealership like that. I wish there was a place I could post the pictures because picture are worth a thousand words. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

They called me back IMMEDIATELY. The man was very nice and most helpful. He told me that it was just plastic clips and I could bring the car in and they would reattach it for me. When I asked how much it would cost (I was desperate to avoid an insurance claim), he said "just tip the guy". I brought the car in today. They took it in right away! Took less than 30 minutes. I WILL be going back there to get a new hitch attached and a shinny new bumper. The Receptionist was WONDERFUL too. She put up with my babbling and my hyper two year old while we waited.
