Very rude! Terrible customer service! I ordered from "you flowers" the "valentines bouquet" once they arrived I was disappointed with the amount of greenery used in substitution of flowers so I email the company ( you flowers) asking for a solutions, not even looking for a refund but maybe some extra flowers to complete the bouquet. I received an email back stating I'd receive a 20% refund and stating the owner was very sorry. Shortly after receiving that email the shop owner calls me to tell me how I am "rude, wrong for complaining, that I should've been charged $150 not $120, and that I don't know anything about flowers" i understand believing that you're right and believing you did good work and I don't believe the customer is always right but I think the photos I've attached prove my point for me. I had ordered some flowers for my moms birthday. They didn't make it on time, even though I was ok with the flowers being dropped off at the gate. A bit of a bummer, and it was after hours and a weekend. Couldn't do much about it. Wow!!!!!!!!! I asked the rude Lady who called me the name of the location and she gave me the name of a different florist shop on a different street .. probably to avoid a bad review!! I googled the phone number she called me from and here we are !!!!!! I am shocked that they would attempt to bring down an innocent business!! This LADY WAS SO RUDE! Mothers Day comes once a year and with the current situation and unable to be close to our loved ones, what better way than to express love with a flower arrangement. The advertised choices were many and the one that was selected is NOT what was delivered. It's not only disappointing but sadly the finished product was far smaller, less flowers and nothing similar to what had been selected. Upon calling the shop the owner was very offended and offered no solution other than to pick up the flowers and refund the money while she spoke about her feelings. How do we explain to the recipient that her flowers will be picked up? No offer to replace them just excuses. She also said that due to COVID she did not have all the necessary flowers to create that arrangement - understood however then don't advertise it. The flowers are ALL different, nothing to do with the advertised option not to mentioned the premium selection was paid. You're better off buying from your local grocery store, at least you know what you are getting. Worst part is that this is the only florist in town!!! read more

Yesterday i recieved a delivery from this florist that i wasnt expecting. . I have to say the arrangement and candy was awesome. The florist did i wouldful job. Once i open the envelope there were two cards one ftom the gentleman who send the flowers and box of candy. My friend called me saying she was going through A really hard time, so I instantly went on 1800flowers to place an order, I seen that they had same day delivery so of course I paid extra for that. I placed an order for a beautiful arrangement with 100 long stem mix colored roses, and that arrangement definitely didn't have 100 roses nor was it anything close to what I paid for! I call 1800flowers I talk to the customer service representative and tell them I received wrong order they were very nice apologized offered me a 50% discount or a redelivery, I chose a redelivery because I really wanted to cheer my friend up. The process was so smooth with 1800flowers but I didn't know that same day deliveries they hand orders out to local florist shops, everytime I've ordered from 1800flowers it was shipped overnight with FedEx and came directly from the company. I realized that they gave the order to a local florist when my friend called me saying this business owner called her saying "why wasn't she happy with the flowers now the sender wants a full refund!" Which is a lie I never asked for any kind of refund! Mind you my friend didn't even know I called for a redelivery she was appreciative of what she got, she didn't know that I paid for something so much bigger and prettier! The owner continues to harass my friend as if we are lying, she tells my friend she wants her to count every rose one by one! My friend was like you really want me to destroy my arrangement to pull them out and count one by one? This owner says yes do it! My poor friend who's already going through a hard time does what this owner tells her to do. So come to find out we were right there wasn't 100 roses! The lady seems to be sorry she said she was sorry and said she will come back to my friends house tonight and fix the arrangement that was taken apart and give her the new redelivery arrangement as well. Well not even an hour goes by and my friend has knocking at her door, it was the owner! She asked to get the arrangement back, my friend gave it to her thinking she was going to fix it like she said. Nope this lady took the roses and other parts to the arrangement and said " tell whoever ordered these to get a full refund!". When I got to the gate, she told me that I lived too far out (south Hemet). My boyfriend bought flowers for me online from a different state to have them sent here to California. They did not send me the flowers that he paid for (Fields of Europe) and the bouquet was not at all like the one he ordered from the florist. Every color on the flowers was entirely different than the ones ordered. It was also missing roses with entirely different flowers. I called and spoke to the owner who gave me a BS story and her only answer was to send someone from the florist BACK UP TO MY JOB to pick up the flowers rather than bring the correct bouquet, or have me keep them and refund some of the money to us. She sent someone up to my job anyway to get the flowers which I said "No" to because a person from another state used their card to buy them. We just had our wedding on October 31st and had put off the floral aspect of it til last minute. We were lucky to find this shop, as they got everything we wanted, including the oddball ferns and thistle, within a week and put it all together beautifully. The owner is very passionate about what she does and extremely helpful, as well as creative enough to take our vague description of what we wanted and turn it into a beautiful work of art. We expected to pay an arm and a leg for the wonderful product and service, bur we were pleasantly surprised at how affordable it was; this shop was was significantly cheaper than anywhere else we looked and the experience was far superior as well. I don't feel they should get any stars. I ordered flowers for my wife online and this was the florist that they used. Well big mistake because I paid $65 dollars for a rose,carnation and daisy arrangement and what I got looked so cheap. The roses were miniature like the ones you buy at the grocery store. I could have done better going to the grocery store and picking my own flowers. Add to that that they were not able to find my address so they called twice ruining the surprise for my wife. I had to walk to the major street to pick up my flowers. I wasn't happy and contacted the online company. They were very kind and offered me a refund. Then someone calls me from the florist shop and tells me that they don't appreciate me asking for a refund and how I am a rude person. Well if you had made the arrangement correctly I would never had a reason to ask for a refund. What kind of customer service calls and tells the customer that they shouldn't have done something. I went in to this florist and set my arrangements for my wedding. I had ordered 4 bridesmaid bouquets, my bouquet, 4 grooms men boutineers, 1 boutineer for the groom, 2 boutineers for the fathers and 2 corsages for the mothers. the day before my mother went to confirm the order and the owner reviewed the order with her and it was exactly what we had told her previously we wanted. My mom then paid for the order that the owner quoted her. The day of my wedding My bouquet was not what we discussed. It had no babies breath which I specifically asked for. It had too much green when I specifically told her I only wanted a little and my bouquet was tiny!! She only made 3 brides maid bouquets when I ordered 4!!! We had to take pieces for the other bouquets to make a small makeshift one. She did not make the corsages for the mothers or the boutineers for the fathers. And when we called her back to complain about this she told us that what we ordered was more than we gave her yet we paid her the price she quoted us. She did not bother to call us and let us know it was going to be more than expected!! She ruined my pictures that I cannot redo! She basically blamed us for not paying enough.
