    I'm sad to see such negative reviews because I had a great experience with San Jacinto Florist. I recommend going into the shop and discussing what you are looking for. I met with the owner and showed her different pictures I liked and she gave me her recommendations. The bouquets came out beautifully and I will definitely be a returning customer.

    Deluxe gourmet gift basket

    After the absolute horrible experience I had with Harry and David and having to cancel and refund my order there, I decided to look up local businesses to my sister who deliver gift baskets. I found San Jacinto Florist online through a web search. I was able to order a last minute delivery on the 24th of their deluxe gourmet basket. Everything went flawlessly! My sister loved the basket.

    Very rude! Terrible customer service! I ordered from "you flowers" the "valentines bouquet" once they arrived I was disappointed with the amount of greenery used in substitution of flowers so I email the company ( you flowers) asking for a solutions, not even looking for a refund but maybe some extra flowers to complete the bouquet. I received an email back stating I'd receive a 20% refund and stating the owner was very sorry. Shortly after receiving that email the shop owner calls me to tell me how I am "rude, wrong for complaining, that I should've been charged $150 not $120, and that I don't know anything about flowers" i understand believing that you're right and believing you did good work and I don't believe the customer is always right but I think the photos I've attached prove my point for me. I don't think the bouquet she made is bad it's just not what we paid for. I emailed you flowers again after the phone call and they offered a re delivery so I'm sure the owner got notified of my second complaint prompting the owner to call a second time but I did not answer.

    Bad service They send an email to my husband that the flowers were delivered to me at 1253 pm the Flowers were delivered to me at 340 pm and the flowers are in a bad condition and the ballon has any helium in it.

    I have read the reviews and feel bad for those who received bad service/quality. We, however, received wonderful, attentive service. I was very particular with what I wanted and they came through! We had a beautiful urn arrangement, exactly as I described. The pricing was fair! Very grateful!

    My husband recieved a call regarding our flowers and complaint. The person was rude and raising her voice. She wanted to know why he kept the flowers (that were delivered 4 hours late) if they weren't what he ordered and insisted there were 7 flowers in my Deluxe arrangement. He tried to talk to her and was promptly cut off and as she proceeded to yell at him he hung up. Lucky for her he was at work. We will now contact the online vendor we used to inform them of the unprofessional people at this store.

    Horrible, delivered flowers to a neighbor down the road, he brought them to us as the address was clear. They were not what was ordered, they looked like grocery store fliers stuck in a vase. Had them picked up the lady barely spoke English and was sooo rude. Continued to argue. First picture is what we ordered second what was brought. Won't refund

    San Jacinto Florist went above and beyond today. A friend's dog passed away last night. I ordered flowers for her on the website. The florist called me this morning to let me know the teacup arrangement I ordered was not available and gave me suggestions on what I could replace it with. The flowers they sent to her were not as pink as I had wanted, however they were even more beautiful than expected! Thank you for brightening a heartbroken woman's day!

    Update flowers are wilting and dead in only 3 days! Also no follow up from company.

    What was received.

    The item I purchased for $135 was delivered on time and promptly. But the flowers that were actually delivered were completely different from what I had ordered. And upon looking at the inventory of bouquets. They delivered one that cost less than half of the one I ordered. Very disappointed!!

    If you want a beautiful arraignment, professional service, and a commitment of doing it right the first time this is not the place to order! I received 2 arraignments delivered from this flower shop for my birthday I was not impressed!! The first arraignment was more like a funeral arraignment, the second was even worse. San Jacinto flower shop needs to take a few classes on floral arraignments.

    Mothers Day comes once a year and with the current situation and unable to be close to our loved ones, what better way than to express love with a flower arrangement. The advertised choices were many and the one that was selected is NOT what was delivered. It's not only disappointing but sadly the finished product was far smaller, less flowers and nothing similar to what had been selected. Upon calling the shop the owner was very offended and offered no solution other than to pick up the flowers and refund the money while she spoke about her feelings. How do we explain to the recipient that her flowers will be picked up? No offer to replace them just excuses. She also said that due to COVID she did not have all the necessary flowers to create that arrangement - understood however then don't advertise it. The flowers are ALL different, nothing to do with the advertised option not to mentioned the premium selection was paid. You're better off buying from your local grocery store, at least you know what you are getting. Worst part is that this is the only florist in town!!!

    What I ordered.

    If I could give them 0 I would! DO NOT ORDER from here! These people are so disgusting to me! My friend called me saying she was going through A really hard time, so I instantly went on 1800flowers to place an order, I seen that they had same day delivery so of course I paid extra for that. Well my friend recieved the arrangement and text me thank you with a picture of the arrangement, right away I was like that is not what I ordered. I placed an order for a beautiful arrangement with 100 long stem mix colored roses, and that arrangement definitely didn't have 100 roses nor was it anything close to what I paid for! I call 1800flowers I talk to the customer service representative and tell them I received wrong order they were very nice apologized offered me a 50% discount or a redelivery, I chose a redelivery because I really wanted to cheer my friend up. The process was so smooth with 1800flowers but I didn't know that same day deliveries they hand orders out to local florist shops, everytime I've ordered from 1800flowers it was shipped overnight with FedEx and came directly from the company. I realized that they gave the order to a local florist when my friend called me saying this business owner called her saying "why wasn't she happy with the flowers now the sender wants a full refund!" Which is a lie I never asked for any kind of refund! Mind you my friend didn't even know I called for a redelivery she was appreciative of what she got, she didn't know that I paid for something so much bigger and prettier! The owner continues to harass my friend as if we are lying, she tells my friend she wants her to count every rose one by one! My friend was like you really want me to destroy my arrangement to pull them out and count one by one? This owner says yes do it! My poor friend who's already going through a hard time does what this owner tells her to do. So come to find out we were right there wasn't 100 roses! The lady seems to be sorry she said she was sorry and said she will come back to my friends house tonight and fix the arrangement that was taken apart and give her the new redelivery arrangement as well. Well not even an hour goes by and my friend has knocking at her door, it was the owner! She asked to get the arrangement back, my friend gave it to her thinking she was going to fix it like she said. Nope this lady took the roses and other parts to the arrangement and said " tell whoever ordered these to get a full refund!". I was in shock like someone is going through a hard time and you decided to harass them, verbally attack them, and then leave them with nothing!

I saw an arrangement in their refrigerated area and was asking…read moredifferent prices for different arrangements and I saw this one that looked absolutely gorgeous and had various flowers, red and white roses,carnations , lilies etc.... and it was only $75. Plus it had this beautiful red base (instead of the basic clear glass vase ) that was probably about 10 inches inches in diameter by 8 inches inches high that the arrangement sat in so it was just just this big bold arrangement that was just really impressive and so I reserved an order and came back Saturday 15 minutes before closing to pick it up because I was running late. They were so gracious and said they would wait for me and when I delivered the flowers to our choir pianist she and everyone around her were absolutely thrilled with the appearance of this gorgeous arrangement and it was only $75. It looked like 150. I am so thankful that I found Adams Arrangements they are my new flower shop in Hemet.. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

However, if you charge top dollar for a bouquet make sure what you're giving out is top dollar quality. The first image is what I received vs what I asked for. Mind you they charged me per flower type because it was a mixed bouquet and I didn't get half of what I asked/paid for. I tried giving them another shot she wanted to charge me $25 for a bundle of about 6 carnations. To sum it up, overpriced, money hungry, crappy work, just go somewhere else!
