I order flowers often and most shops local to my area are great with sending email updates and always include a photo. I hope the flowers were delivered on time and I hope they looked decent. The issue I am having is what I ordered and what was received card totally different. I spent $150 I purchased the rosie rapture and an upgrade. What I recall that website saying the update was why just get one bouquet when you can get two bouquets. So to me I'm thinking I'm going to get the same bouquet I purchased again. That is not what happened at all. So for 40 more dollars I got two big white flowers three pink roses and three unbloomed bulb looking things added to the rosy rapture. It's ugly. I know my girlfriend I sent it to said she liked it is okay you know because she didn't want to hurt my feelings but it's not at all what was supposed to be sent I should have just stayed with the Rosie rapture bouquet not did the upgrade the upgrade was horrible and I am very upset and disappointed that I put 40 more dollars into five more flowers and three almost flowers to be added on to my already $75 purchase. Needless to say I will not be using them again and I will not refer to them out to anybody. I offer a suggestion that maybe describe this upgrade a little more in depth or detail as to what happens and instead of adding some weird flowers maybe add some more of what's already in the bouquet that would have been great I would have loved that she would have loved that.
