John helped us with it, and we could not be any happier with the end result. When we walked in without an appointment or phone call in advance on a Saturday afternoon, John helped us right away by pulling sample frames and mats off the walls for us. He listened to our vague requirements, gave us recommendations on how to match the frame color, and stood by patiently while we debated every which combination. I was nervous leaving such a sentimental piece with him, but it turned out fantastic. We were told that it would take a week to complete the custom framing. John completed the work in 4 days. Under promise, over deliver -- check! We love the look of our piece and can't wait to get it hung up. I would highly recommend Frames on 3rd for any custom framing needs and will definitely return in the future.
