I was amazed by the professionalism and a customer service these guys provide. They answered all my questions, made the drop off process easy and fast, was welcoming on every contact, at some point I felt I am at a luxury restaurant or a hotel where each staff member pay extra attention to you and your experience with the company. read more

Wow! Yet another great Samtech experience, and the only folks I trust with my 2013 Honda Pilot (still rolling strong)! My car needed its 100K services, and Sam and team performed the necessary work. The slight knocking noise? Gone. Smoother transmission shifts? You bet! It handled better as well. The cherry on top was that some scuffs were buffed out and he shined the vehicle up nicely. As always, I WILL be back. read more

My husband just got home from taking his car here for an alignment and he wanted to be sure there was a review done for outstanding customer service. Everyone was beyond friendly, appointment time was right on time, everything was done in a timely manner, place was very clean, welcoming and nice. They even had a little toy space for my son to play while waiting and a snack area for customers. 10/10 would recommend and we will be back read more

Professional & friendly service and attention to car details. Also, feels like family and comfy waiting room while car is being worked on.

Super happy with SamTech. They worked on getting my classic car (1966 Nova) up and working. Turned out was bad gas from sitting in garage through Covid. They did above and beyond diagnostics to find all the side problems that stemmed from the main issue and brought in experts for what they couldn't do on site. Results were a perfect running classic. They are worth the drive from south of Escondido, even if you're getting towed there. Thanks SamTech. read more

stole a hat out of my truck when I had it in for alignment . Base ball cap with running lines and arrow. POS place won't go back

Sam and his crew are amazing. They go above and beyond on our vehicles -- they keep our family safe & rolling! Bonus story -- Kenny & Sam spotted a rear brake issue on my Jeep that could've ended our desert trip in a bad way. They fixed it the same day even though they were slammed with vehicles -- they didn't want us to roll out with any safety concerns. They saved our weekend off-roading-- and they may have even saved the lives in our vehicle. So grateful for SamTech read more

Brought my 2008 Dodge Ram in, we took a test drive, made an appointment, and 100% satisfied! Amazing!! The techs here know their stuff and so much more. I was visiting San Diego from the Bay Area. Sam and his team were fast and friendly. I was greeted and welcomed as soon as I walked in. I wanted a slight lift and new shocks on my 2015 Chevy Roadtrek. I was able to get an appointment within a day. The work was impeccable. Not only did Sam find a 2" leveling kit for my van and heavy duty shocks, they were able to rotate my tires and perform an alignment. It was a completely different ride. It was well worth the drive. I would definitely drive back down to San Diego if I needed anything else done. read more

100% would recommend to anyone who loves there car! Loved the customer service it's straight forward no lies, everyone was so helpful, so kind and the waiting room is extremely welcoming has cookies, coffee, and a tv room. The quality they put in my car is out of this world! I seriously went to three other shops including my Lexus dealership who ended up wanting to sell me a new car and those shops didn't fix the problem just made it worse when these guys got a hold of it they fixed it in a day and my 2008 SUV feels like she's brand new! Really friendly service, and a waiting room that is clean and has coffee water Fritos and ambience. Justin and Sam helped me. They were both knowledgeable about my issue which was installing an electric brake controller, and they did a wonderful job. Highly recommend read more

Came in to have my Jeep inspected for possible suspension and alignment issues. Overheard the two managers up front uttering some pretty foul comments about a customer that had just left, enough to keep me from spending any money here. Took my JK to another reputable shop and had the same work done for nearly $500 less. read more

Brought in my Honda Element '05 with new tires that was pulling to the right. After Sam Tech aligned everything, it was still pulling to the right. Sam looked over everything and found bad control arm bushings and a bad transmission mount. They also noted a busted CV boot. I replaced everything myself and brought the Element back to Sam Tech. Kenny ran another alignment and was able to get everything square. It's been quite a while since my car has driven so straight. I almost feel like I'm driving with lane-assist cruise control. They were very professional and I definitely recommend them. read more

I have been using Sam as my mechanic for five years now. Last year he branched out and started his own gig. I'm so glad he did. His shop is HUGE and he is so accommodating. Like most vendors and people in my life, I ask more from Sam than I probably should. He has taken care of anything and everything that I've brought his way on all 6 of our vehicles. From our mini van to our freight truck, we bring all our vehicles to Sam and he takes care of us. Just found out today that he does smogs too. Awesome place and an awesome Team. It all starts with Sam the Man though. He has out together a great business and he has all of our business, forever. If you are in need of fair prices and excelent service, you gotta go to Samtech! read more

Sam did great work on upgrading my FJ's suspension and cost was reasonable.

This shop is really a class act! Sam runs a good ship, is honest and intelligent. I have had several repair tasks performed, and each time things were done with talent. I like to work on my cars myself, and have fun. But some times, tasks come up that I am not qualified to work or require tooling that I do not have. These are the times that I bring Sam into the picture. I give this shop my best recommendations. read more

Had a bit of work done here today. They were great! Professional and thorough! I highly recommend them!

Any repairs I need, go to Sam Tech. Routine maintenence to major repairs, he does it all. Good prices, fast service, and best of all you deal with Sam directly, not just whoever happens to answer the phone. read more

Sam and his team are fantastic - I completely trust them on all of the work for my cars.

I was broke down on the side of the road, when Sam and his guys were on their way back from a day of boating, these guys stopped to help. Not only did they try to help me out and try to get me on the road again, but because of the problems with my truck they waited at their shop until I could get a tow at almost 11 at night. I assumed the worst, and if you know anything about diesel trucks, a fuel issue can be very expensive (injectors or injector pumps). They could have easily told me it was the worst possible issue and taken my money without me knowing it. Instead they troubleshooted the issue, fixed that one and a few others, at a very fair price and without taking advantage of me. Hats off to Sam and his whole staff. If you truly want an honest and fair automotive repair shop, then Sam Tech Automotive is the place to go! Thanks again Sam. I wish ALL shops could do business like you do. If I could give you guys more than 5 stars you'd get a 6th one just for going the extra mile(literally). When I have auto issues again(we all do at some point), I will positively come back to you guys. Sam Tech Automotive has another customer for life! read more

This is the first time I have written a review ever because I think I'd have better things to do with my time. Regardless, Sam and Jesse definitely took time out of there Friday night after there working hours. My Jeep was not starting when I just so happened to be down the street from Sam's. I call them up and Jesse answered and said that he would be right on his way. He was willing to change out my starter on the spot, but they decided to take it back to the shop. I asked about towing the jeep there but they insisted to tow it themselves. Long story short they were able to put in a new starter immediately, so quick that same night. I highly recommend this place because I feel like they will do anything to get the job done for the customer and that is all I would ever want. They saved my Friday night. Now thanks to them I can have a beer tonight! They will be seeing me again in the future! read more
