I wanted a slight lift and new shocks on my 2015 Chevy Roadtrek. I was able to get an appointment within a day. The work was impeccable. Brought in my Honda Element '05 with new tires that was pulling to the right. After Sam Tech aligned everything, it was still pulling to the right. Sam looked over everything and found bad control arm bushings and a bad transmission mount. They also noted a busted CV boot. I replaced everything myself and brought the Element back to Sam Tech. Kenny ran another alignment and was able to get everything square. It's been quite a while since my car has driven so straight. I almost feel like I'm driving with lane-assist cruise control. I was broke down on the side of the road, when Sam and his guys were on their way back from a day of boating, these guys stopped to help. Not only did they try to help me out and try to get me on the road again, but because of the problems with my truck they waited at their shop until I could get a tow at almost 11 at night. I assumed the worst, and if you know anything about diesel trucks, a fuel issue can be very expensive (injectors or injector pumps). They could have easily told me it was the worst possible issue and taken my money without me knowing it. Instead they troubleshooted the issue, fixed that one and a few others, at a very fair price and without taking advantage of me. Hats off to Sam and his whole staff. If you truly want an honest and fair automotive repair shop, then Sam Tech Automotive is the place to go! Thanks again Sam. I wish ALL shops could do business like you do. If I could give you guys more than 5 stars you'd get a 6th one just for going the extra mile(literally). This is the first time I have written a review ever because I think I'd have better things to do with my time. Regardless, Sam and Jesse definitely took time out of there Friday night after there working hours. My Jeep was not starting when I just so happened to be down the street from Sam's. I call them up and Jesse answered and said that he would be right on his way. He was willing to change out my starter on the spot, but they decided to take it back to the shop. I asked about towing the jeep there but they insisted to tow it themselves. Long story short they were able to put in a new starter immediately, so quick that same night. I highly recommend this place because I feel like they will do anything to get the job done for the customer and that is all I would ever want. They saved my Friday night.
