I happened to be driving by the store later that day and noticed that they were opened so I stopped in to inquire see if the notary was in and the clerk stated that he was also waiting for them to show up. Not a great way to run a business in these times. The place was kind of run down and there were loud music videos playing on a television, but they are open. I didn't go there for anything other than notary services, so I'm not sure on their pricing. Two-Stars because the clerk was very friendly and apologetic.

I ordered 50 postcard-sized prints and was charged 50 cents per sheet for cardstock, 60 cents per page for printing (total $27) and then was told it would be another $12 to have them cut!!? I ended up buying my own paper cutter for less than the cutting fee. What upsets me is the price to cut each invitation was included in the online price. I assumed the same would be true for an in store experience... I understand that individual locations are independently owned, but UPS should explicitly state on its website that services and pricing vary by location, or make online print-to-pickup available. The lack of transparency is ridiculous and made this much more expensive and frustrating than it needed to be.
