    I needed some hangers. I discovered this Sam's Club was close by while I was in the area and I decided to go here. This Sam's Club is enormous and has some items that my Sam's Club in El Monte does not have. The lines moved quickly and they had a full inventory of everything.

    Tire Center & Scan N Go Review: Had my windshield wiper ripped off at the drive thru car wash at Costco next door ugh! Costco didn't have the wiper size I needed to replace it. Came to Sam's, got new wipers, scan n go is so convenient when it's crowded too. Drove to tire center and they put air in my tire and replaced both wipers for me in 5 mins. The guy was fast and friendly.

    They did it again! Whenever I shop alone, I use Scan-N-Go and even though I only have 3 or 4 items, I show my barcode, and the door employees STILL rescan my items, handle my merchandise, and humiliate me in front of the other shoppers as if I am some kind of a thief. The only difference is that I am Black. They don't do it when my wife is with me. They wave carts with tons of merchandise on through and treat me and my nephew like common criminals. I'm fed up. If you are Black and want to join me in peacefully bringing an end to this racial profiling (that must be a part of policy because it happens to much) Let me know by commenting on here. Pictures don't lie.

    Carts for disabled people are always a gamble coming here & the excuses are constant with no resolution in sight. It seems like the store manager doesn't care because the problem has been present for years. I cant speak on the anti black racism that I've experienced here because now I have to focus on the fact that 90% of the time there are no carts available for disabled but plenty for able body people.

    Changed the tire service process without any notice. Typical. Appointments are now required. And yes the workers have to come to the counter, no clerk.

    Is Sam's Club sucks it is so ass backwards is unbelievable. They are very understand. Anything you have to do is gonna take at least 20 to 35 minutes. Their food court is also as backwards you pay for your food and then have to wait in a long line but other people ordering big pizzas and multi other things when you're only trying to get one slice and go Only one person serving everybody the manager needs to be fired. I'm going to stay at Costco. The cashier at Costco gets the food brings it back to you you are out only time. You have to wait is for a large pizza which is OK everybody else getting drinks hotdog ice cream can pay and go this place is just asked backwards. and is dirty and filthy.

    I've been coming to this location for years and have consistently received excellent customer service. Unfortunately, that changed this evening when we were assisted by Carla at checkout. Her attitude was extremely rude, and the interaction was unpleasant from start to finish. Hopefully she can be trained on how to interact with customers.

    Nearest location to my home now. Always clean. The Sam's Club pickup staff are super kind and always pleasant.

Miguel and his team were incredibly thorough, honest, and professional from the start. I originally came in for a check engine light and rough driving issues, but during their inspection, they found additional problems that had been missed -- including failed suspension work and issues related to a previous oil leak repair. Miguel took the time to explain everything clearly, provided before and after photos, and even showed me the actual parts so I could fully understand what was going on. There was also a female mechanic there (I believe she may be one of the owners), and I absolutely loved her. She was knowledgeable, direct, and helped confirm concerns I had about previous repairs. You can tell they genuinely care about doing things the right way instead of just taking your money. What I appreciated most was the honesty. They didn't try to upsell me or pressure me -- they gave me real information and helped me make the best decision for my car. Finding a trustworthy mechanic is hard, and this shop gave me peace of mind. I'll definitely be coming back and recommending them to others.

I came in to replace the brakes and rotors on my 2020 Toyota Corolla. I was quoted $600, and we agreed on the price. After the service was completed, the same noise issue remained, meaning the original problem was not resolved. Since the work was under warranty, I returned. At that point, I was told that the parts installed were not correct for my vehicle, and that new parts had to be ordered. This resulted in wasted time, multiple visits, and the issue still not being fixed. Later, I discovered that very low-quality/cheap parts were installed, which explains why the problem never went away. I still have the original parts and documentation as evidence. This experience shows either lack of professionalism or poor quality control. Taking a customer's money without properly diagnosing the issue or installing the correct parts is unacceptable. Short-term profit comes at the cost of long-term trust--and customers. I expected better service and transparency. Service: From start to finish I had great Service. Jamal helped me in the beginning and they were busy when I walked in. Jamal acknowledged the wait and let us know they would help us asap. My issue was a tire leak in my front passenger side tire so Jamal looked at the tire, got my info, and let me know the estimated wait time. I had a text letting me know my tire was repaired within 40 minutes. Amazing service from America's Tire. They know how to foster loyalty from a customer service standpoint. Quality: My SUV passenger side tire is not leaking any more air and I did not have to get a new front set of tires. Massive five stars for Quality. Value: My tire was repaired and I did not get charged for the repair. If they do you this massive great favor it means two things to decent humans out there in the world: 1. Tip the person that repaired your tire heavily (I recommend $50+) and 2. Do not go to another tire place when it is time to change your tires. Support the business that just supported you. If you do those two things in a tire patch situation you just succeeded in passing the "I'm a good person" test.
