Ami is super sweet and helpful! She held it down being the only register open during a rush. The line moved fairly quickly. This location is neater than other locations I've visited. Items were stocked and organized. The store is spacious with wide aisles. Parking is plenty. Prices may vary depending on the item like their frozen foods. Dollar Tree has some good items for the Home, personal, arts and crafts and much more for its reasonable price. They always have a great selection for Holidays and love their section on Cards(Hallmark) one section is 2 for $1 and some that are $1. I used to get tables clothes at the 99 Cent Store but since they went out of business I come here and grab my stuff. I feel this location has great parking just getting out of the lot can be a bit hard cause traffic is always flowing here. The staff here are helpful and nice, but the line can get a bit big and they just have one cashier open. But they have great stuff here and can't go wrong with it being $1.25 read more

The good: I came for Easter supplies and was very happy about their huge selection of baskets, plastic eggs, and Easter Xander. Easter baskets elsewhere are so expensive! I got a grabber teacher stick here to help pick up toys off the ground while I'm pregnant. I was shocked they had this and that it was so cheap (normally around $10-30). I use it daily and it's been super useful and fun. I also got binder clips and plastic table cones with motivational messages on it. The bad: As many know, inflation caused dollar tree to no longer be $1 for all items. It's $1.25 now. As other reviewers mentioned, the side entrance and further parking lot aren't ideal. On 7/17/2025 roughly around 8pm my family and I went to dollar tree looking to buy some items for the kids and our household . This would be the worst customer experience I have ever had in my life . After being there for about 20 minutes , my 5 year old boy needed to use the bathroom. The bathroom was locked . I kindly went to the front and ask the cashier (her name is faith) If it would it be possible to open the bathroom . She rolled her eyes and about 15 feet away from her another employee by the name of Amie angrily mutters "of course you would ". I had no idea what was going on or what we did to be talked to this way . Prior to this , we had no interaction with any employees. Amie then opens the bathroom very rudely and walks away. I decide to ignore this and keep shopping with my family . After we were done shopping, we head to the cashier . This is were I couldn't believe the employees behavior . While scanning our items , employee Faith is being very . She is moving the items carelessly, acting very annoyed, and being very confrontational . One of the kids toy trucks my son wanted didn't have a bar code . She lifted the toy truck almost shoving it in my wife's face and angrily says "this doesn't have a bar code" . I decided to go back to the isle and get another truck with another barcode to scan . I did this only to avoid confrontation . I couldn't believe her attitude. I then go over to grab a bag of ice so she can charge us . She then walks away from her cashier and very angrily says "you guys are really pushing my patience " I was in disbelief . I had no idea what was going on . I was very confused . At this point I got upset . I told Faith that this is unacceptable and I wanted to talk to her manager . Faith , with a bad attitude, calls her manager over . Her manager happens to be Amie , the girl from earlier who rudely muttered the comment "of course you would" when I asked her to opened the bathroom. Amie comes up to us very angry , Biting her mouth down trying to avoid saying what she really wanted to say . I told Amie what happened with Faith . She then sarcastically with a force smile says "I'm sorry" . I knew instantly Amie didn't care about what happened . Instead of arguing with her i decided to leave and reach out to corporate about this incident . This was very humiliating and unorofessional . Those employees treated my family ( infront of my 3 kid ) horribly . I really hope dollar tree addresses this issue . This is the worst customer service I have ever experience. It can be a feat to get into this driveway which leads to the parking area. It seems like it is a narrow one way entrance/exit, but I think it is intended to be used as both. If you enter by driving past the store to the next entry/exit is a much better access, probably safer, too. I like this Dollar Tree, so much variety to look at! Even if you just see something and don't really need it, it's only a buck, so in the basket it goes! haha I have to control myself. Really, the 99¢ Store should be called a dollar store, they round everything to a dollar. For the principle itself, I prefer to shop at the Dollar Tree. It is what it says it is. Pretty much whatever you might need, you can find it here. Right now, they have a big selection of flimsy Flip Flops that you'd pay around $3 elsewhere. Lots of Graduation & Patriotic decorations. I don't like writing such negative reviews; however, I hate this location! First off, it's located in a very dangerous intersection with congestion and terrible parking. Secondly, there are only ever 2 cashiers at a time which equates to long lines. Thirdly, they run out of bags frequently (my most recent trip they were handing out boxes from a stack up front). Lastly, you can never understand the employees as they need to speak up with their masks (there's one cashier in particular who mumbles and you can never understand her). The last straw for me was when I went to pick up a few things I needed (which took all of 5 min) and there were at least 10 customers in line and one cashier. Really? This is a pretty decent Dollar Tree, they seem to have a larger selection and merchandise than the others I've been to in the South Bay area. It's your one stop shop place to go! Lot's of decorations (I was there recently for the Christmas) saw some left overs for Thanksgiving, and necessities galore! Cashiers were fast and lines weren't too bad to wait in. [Review #43] I didn't have the time today to drive to a 99¢ Store & this was the closest one on my errand run. The store is well-stocked & current with its seasonal items (luau & summer stuff). I was looking for stuff for H's Frozen theme birthday party... picked up a couple of cute blue metal pails (for the centerpiece), blue bucket (to hold the kiddy drinks), paper bags (to color/decorate once I paste a snowman on it), blue & white tablecloths & streamers, clear icy blue utensils (these look pricier & they're only a buck). We also picked up a hula hoop & I didn't like the ones that light up. This one was purple wrapped with a sparkly streamer, & it took me awhile to find one that isn't damaged. It's $1, sometimes you get what you pay for... though finding a quality product at a discount is nothing to sneeze about. Good selection in a small space- sometimes it is challenging to peruse and navigate the shopping aisles when the stores is full, but I always find what I look for and some more. I usually get decorations and cleaning supplies. I love this store! I go here at least once a week. I was there Saturday and bought lots of decorations for spring. They had flip-flops for a dollar! There are certain things I always buy at Dollar Tree. Cards are .50 a piece. You can't beat it! I get candy, envelopes, gift bags, yard decorations, and balloons. This place have all the usual items that you can find at a Dollar Tree store. But it does tend to get messy in here. I would say 3 out of 5 times I've been here the shelves are disorganized. That makes it hard to really find what I'm looking for. Not to mention the items are sometimes damaged. But that doesn't stop me from coming in to this store to grab cheap items for my everyday needs. Plus, the staff here are helpful and they actually exist! This is a good Dollar Tree. Selection is good, stocking is fine, and the place is generally clean. Once I forgot to pick up a toilet plunger that I paid for and left at the checkout. I called, and the store clerk, Juan, remembered who we were and let us pick it up without hassle. This place rocks. The other store clerks are also helpful and friendly as well. The only downsides I can think of are that parking in the rear sometimes seems cramped -- spot sizes are a little too tight, the car entry/exits for parking for this location are in strange locations and can be a recipe for an accident, and they got to fix the bathroom door (you have to really pull/push to get it to work right). read more
