I was shopping for some essentials bar soap, TP, shipping box tape. I found this Sam's club super clean and big aisles in the place. I definitely like the samples staff when I get to see them. They all have smiles on their faces and are friendly. The only issue I had was a price was listed was not the price it showed at the register. I brought to the attention of the nice lady at the self checkout station and she radioed to another person to check it out. Price listed was $12.48... register showed $19.99... she did a price override and all was fixed..but it doesn't change it in the system so I really feel sorry for the next person that doesn't catch it. Seems kinda lame if you ask me. This Sam's is my nearest one and I have been here multiple times...don't know why it's my first time to review it. This Sam's is awful. If you order meat or produce on pickup, it will likely be whatever is expiring soon. The employees often knock on my daughter's window, even when I have mine down, which I find weird and creepy. They also don't have as much selection as many other locations. They have, more than once, cancelled items in my order, then raised the prices immediately, so I'm stuck paying the higher price, even though that's not what it was when I shopped. I'd rather just go down the street to Costco. I've witnessed cafe workers touching their phones, then handling food. This is my least favorite Sam's Club. read more

After four years of shopping exclusively at Costco, my wife and daughter visited Sam's Club on 10/06/25 around 7:20 p.m. in Moore, OK for the first time in quite a while. Unfortunately, what could have been a positive return quickly turned sour. Upon entering the store, my 4-year-old daughter unexpectedly became sick and vomited near the front entrance. My wife immediately and apologetically sought help from the nearest cashier near the front door. Instead of receiving understanding or reassurance, she was met with eye rolling and complete indifference, no words of support, no assistance, no empathy. While accidents happen, the response from staff in moments like these speaks volumes about a store's culture and customer care. Sadly, this experience has reaffirmed why we switched to Costco in the first place, and why we'll be returning there. read more

Although I grocery shop in my hometown there is no cost comparison to Sam's Club when it comes to large quantities or bulk shopping. Toilet paper, laundry soap, peanut butter, clothes or if you have a baby diapers and wipes are near impossible to beat. I have a Sam's Club MasterCard so my savings are ridiculous when it comes to the gas tanks and special products that they give you discounts on intermittently through the month. The most common thing I shop for is ready to heat meals for the evening. If you're hosting a dinner at home for a large group of people and you don't know what to do then Sam's Club is your choice. From macaroni to Caprese salad, chicken Alfredo and the most bomb sides I can describe. Whatever you need Sam's Club is probably the place to be. Love Sams Club and so happy that they came to Moore! My favorite thing about this location is that you can pay for all of your purchase as you go, with their scan and go app. That means, no lines!!! But seriously, if you need to buy things in bulk this is the place to go! I also really love their rotisserie chicken for $4.98. Such a great deal. Only down a star because we used the car service here and it took them twice the amount of time that we were quoted. Soooo that wasn't fun. Also, you can get some great deals on a cheap lunch ranging from a salad, to a yogurt parfait, to pizza, a hot dog, or all kinds of sandwiches. They have a couple frozen yogurt options to finish off your meal too. If you have never been, give it a try! You do need a membership to shop here so that is something to be aware of. Also the rotisserie chicken pieces, breasts packaged, though or leg pkgs under $5 can't be found anywhere but at Sams. The golden margarita here is great and their whole pizzas made in house are very good and practical to order right when you get there, you have shopping time then it's ready to go when you are. read more

Pick up Service is TOO SLOW. We are elderly and would love to order online and pick up where they put our purchases in our trunk. But we've tried it twice and it took way too long! We had to cancel and go inside to purchase the items we needed. read more

Usually I will go through self-checkout because customer service these days consists of people who give no eye contact, have a surly attitude and wonder why they aren't paid more for putting up with the public. The fact that this store has went practically entirely self checkout, save for that one cashier way at the end is not a positive. I have been disappointed with Sam's array of selections for years, but they were the only game in town, unless we went to Dallas or Tulsa for a Costco big shop. After my latest trip, I was disappointed at the level of customer service and the lack of energy in the store. Even the gas pumps aren't that big of a draw for me. After having been a member since 1999 I just can't see spending the money for this particular club membership any longer. read more

I bought a PS4 online in late November as a gift for my Granddaughter and it failed after a few hours of play. Her mother called the Moore Store on the evening of December 27th and after much complaining was told by the Manager that they would exchange it out and they only had one and they would put a hold on it to make the exchange. Sounds like all is going to work out. oop's because she needed the card it was purchased on meant I would need to go do the exchange and needed order number and after a bunch of searching on the Samsclub site we were able to find and print to take with us. Arrived at the store on the 28th was directed to a return counter and was told because we bought online we could not exchange it. Explained we were told by the Manager on the 27th we could. Clerk said was against company policy and they would be happy to refund me and I could repurchase at regular price. @&x@!(*% the heck. so I asked to speak to the Manager she informed me that would no good and would change nothing. Requested to speak to her anyway. clerk got on her two way radio and came back & said manager refused to speak to me. Getting HOT! now so I decided to take the refund and go to BestBuy where they had the same bundle as I had purchased at the same price. Went to clerk in the department while my wife waited for the refund to be processed. Explained my problem to her and she was puzzeled as to why they would not exchange but verified they did still have one in stock and there were no reservations and it was available at the same price as I paid online. she gave me the SKU for it and said the clerk doing refund could ring me up for it at the same time and I could pick it up at the " Cage " no idea where that was and no one was saying where that was. Customer Service clerk said no she could not do that. OK now we need the manager again cause no one knows squat and and how it works. So at this point she is willing to ring it out and proceeds to get on her two way radio and waits for a clerk to bring her a copy of the bar code off the one I am to get then he has to go back for the serial number I guess so another wait while he goes to take another picture for her to scan. 45 minutes later we have received what should have only taken 5-10 minutes. Worst part of it and whats makes me most angry is the refusal of the Manager to come speak to me. I have been a Sam's Club member since the day they opened their first store in Midwest City and go there every Saturday and have had nothing but they greatest service.
