There was one cashier apparently due to the other cashier being on lunch. A customer was trying to return an item that they dont even sell there. After 5 minutes or so of trying to help him the cashier called the manager to help her. There were 7 ppl in line. The manager came over and was assisting the cashier. She left and came back twice. A customer in line asked her if she could open another register due to the wait at the time literally being 15 minutes. She snapped at him stating Im the manager and I have to help her. When the customer asked if there was anyone else she said no shes on lunch youll have to wait. Another 5 minutes goes by and two customers walked out to which the manager was unbothered. She finally after another 5 minutes moved the customer to the other register and let the cashier check out the long line of ppl. So it took almost 30 minutes in line to check out. Ridiculous. I was on my lunch which is why I timed everything I was about to walk out myself when she finally let the cashier check us out. Horrible customer service.

She asked if we found everything we were looking for. The night shift manager, Ms. Courtney, was really nice, welcoming, and also asked if we found everything we needed. Both Ms. Bailey and Ms. Courtney, had great customer service skills and thanked us for coming in, and to come back soon. I hope to see you there, please come in say hello to both Ms. Bailey and Ms. Courtney.

The lady who was working there today became frustrated with me and took the stuff away. I kept asking her if i could check out somewhere else. I am grateful for any and all BB&B's. They always have something I either need, want or have been looking for! I do appreciate that all locations do have a similar layout. This one is very similar to the OKC one, just a bit smaller. Go during the day if you can, it's less busy and not so crowded, because when it's busy it can be a bit tough maneuvering around the isles. The staff is SUPER DUPER helpful! I mean.... DUPER! I was browsing around asking all sorts of questions, looking for very specific items that I saw online and the staff was extremely helpful, calling the OKC location for me, digging around looking for the items I was asking for! & I mean... digging, I asked for specific pillows I had seen online and were "available" at the Edmond store. Several staff members were looking in the back and all through the display bedding to see if they had the pillows I wanted. Unfortunately it was an inventory error and they did not have the pillows I wanted but they called the OKC store for me to make sure they had some before I went all the way down there! woooooot! Melsalaz was the girl helping me and she even went as far to ordering the clearance hair dryer I saw in the display, but none in stock, and had it shipped to my house with complimentary shipping! THANK YOUUUUU Melsalaz! My previous hair dryer had just died, and I didn't want to spend an arm and a leg on an expensive one but also didn't want to go cheap, so she was a life saver for going that extra mile! For this kind of customer service, I will always love BB&B and will always give them my business.
