I have absolutely no complaints. I've taken my car there a couple times to get my tire pressure checked which they don't charge for. I also took my car in today due to an air leak in the back passenger tire and I was thinking that it might be up to $200 to get that fixed; they didn't charge me for that either. I can't speak for any other vehicle repair services they provide, but I definitely plan on taking my car back over there in the future for anything else that might need to be done as I haven't had a negative experience yet. read more

Purchased new tires (all 4) for my vehicle. Afterwards my steering wheel was shaking. Took it back to be rebalanced. They told me nothing was out of balance but one of my tire wheels was bent. Said they could get me a new wheel ordered that day. I have warranty coverage so took it to my dealer instead. Come to find out, there was NO bent wheel. Both front tires had ZERO weight on them. The dealership fixed it and now no shaking of the steering wheel. I took a little road trip the day before I came into discount tire. I saw the tpm system light in my car come on and took it in. The day before I looked at my tires and didn't notice anything but when I came in one of the technicians looked and saw there was a nipple in my tires forming causing the light to come on and also noticed that one of my tires was inside out. So I had my tires changed by this incredible team here at the discount tires here in Moore, OK. My family was hauling a trailer 3 hours from home. We had a flat on the highway and started immediately calling every tire place off I-35. We called Walmart, Hibdon, RNR 20 min before they closed and all told us no thanks. They couldn't helps us. RNR even told me they "turned off their air" already. Well-managed, but busy location. I get my tires rotated here regularly, and have never had any problems. Once, on a particularly hectic day, I stopped by because my TPMS sensor light kicked on. They recognized I had been there recently, and moved me to the front of the queue to fix my issue. Props to Spenser, one of the managers, for running such a good crew out there, and for being friendly and personable while doing it. Recommend using their online appointment scheduling service to avoid wait times. If you do drop by without one, they offer free water bottles and coffee while you wait. read more

This is a great place to do business! We took my 2016 Subaru to have a nail pulled and fixed. Anthony checked us in and said we could pick it up in an hour! They finished in about 40 minutes! We have bought all of our tires here but my Subaru, because it still has factory tires! My husband went in to pay for the fix and Anthony said it's free! To start out I chose four stars instead of five solely on the fact that my car was passed up twice when bays became available. Not sure why, but that did not take away from the service. Cheapest tires in town, and I am not talking about the quality. You get what you pay for, they match all competitors pricing and with their location it is good business to do so. Caleb got me squared away and did not try to sell me a new set. I only needed two and that is all he said I needed. Honesty goes a long way, and they treated me right. Do Not use Discount Tire Ever. I have had them tell me my rim was warped when it was the tire. I have gone it to get a tire patched that had a staple in it and they drilled the hole out and ruined the tire. Then they said they couldn't repair the tire after that. And today I went in to get a tire patched with 25% tread still on it and they refused to patch it and said the tire was too worn out. I was trying to get to work and needed it fixed. I made an appoint for 1300, 6/11/22. FYI this is to just put my spare on. No other work. I dropped my car off around 1240 and the man working the counter asked for my key and said they should be able to get me in early. As time passes on nothing happens. At 1330 I see my car has not been touched. I ask why?? A different guy tells me they have until 1400 to work on my car. WTF?? My appointment is for 1??? He says they have an hour to start on it. This is not posted anywhere on their site, in the email you receive when making the appointment, on the page where you make the appointment, or anywhere in the store. The Person who checked me in did not tell me this either. This is terrible communication and customer service. I was not aware I was dealing with the cable company who give you a time window, without your knowledge. Had I known I was going to waste an hour of my day to not even get the unsafe tire removed I would have went straight home and did it myself. As luck would have it I discovered my tire was flat and it had a screw in it. Although it was almost 5:00 I called to see if I could get it repaired. I had called another well know tire supply business that was close to my home and was told it would be Tues before they could get to me. I looked up Discount Tire in Moore, Ok. I called and they said to bring it in, they would be open till 6 pm. We aired up the tire enough to get it to their shop, but we got caught in traffic and it was 5:30 by the time we made to their service center. The clerk, was super nice and said no problem they would stay late if it took longer than 6:00. All of the personal were very friendly. Ok, these guys do everything they can to keep loyal, happy, and impressed customers and they are very successful. I had what looked like a metal nail in one of my tires. Plus it was time for my every 3,000 rotate, balance, and inflate to correct PSI. Luckily the nails in TWO tires were repairable, (if it's on the side, you need a new tire) they rotated and rebalanced all four tires and I was on my way in 40 minutes! Excellent! And the charge...... $0!! Clean, cheap, efficient, and no hassle. OK UPDATE, after last tires I paid over $800 for out the door which were standard for my Nissan Pathfinder all they'd offer me in compensation for sub standard tires that even they admitted were not made well and had worn prematurely despite how I religiously rotated and repaired and insured proper inflation was $42 per tire if I repurchased new tires there?!?! So much for the manufacture warranty and road hazard warranty! I've bought tires for our last four vehicles for the past ten years at Discount Tire but I'm done, no more. Starting today I buy used tires and not waste any more money on all the crap warranties that do nothing. read more

Arizonian Silver Edition III... upon purchasing I had all 4 in my cart and had purchased them, the following day I called and asked why I hadn't received an appointment, he checked the logs and asked why I hadn't been called yet :/... Soon he set me up for an appointment after the new year... at first I was upset to find out the tires were not in stock, but instead they upgraded me to a better tire for the exact same price... For those "Intelligent" enough to realize the fluctuations of tire prices is largely due to season changing, although some companies honor the same prices, not all do... this is a business... it's sort of like selling thick winter gloves in the middle of summer here in Oklahoma... you think you're going to get the same price in the summer for those gloves? Took an hour for them to fix the next problem and when I left it was fine. The next morning it was back on again and now they don't know what to do. I have been to this store numerous times. And bought several tires and wheels. The last few visits have been more frustrating than hanging out with in laws. I just came in today (7-3-17) to have my wheels that I purchased from here, put into my new 2017 4runner. The wheels and tires were the same and I asked the service guy if they'd fit fine. He assure me they would. I also talked to one employee who quoted me at $54 to swap them, although I was told when I bought them that they would do it free. Then comes check out time and it's $100. I argue and the boss tells me he was sorry but his employee shouldn't have quoted me that and said he would "meet me in the middle"! Then my truck is done so my wife leaves as I wait on her 4Runner. Then they tell me they want to shave part of her car (brand new) because the tires are rubbing. They tell me this is due to a difference in the off set (which was never considered I guess). So almost 4 hours later (I'm late for work also), my wife is driving BACK with my truck to swap the wheels and tires back out again. Very disappointed and will not be back. read more
