Normal pricing and good service. Ordered tires online and scheduled for them to be installed. The tire manufacturer never shipped the tires though so when I showed up I had to reschedule a week later when the tires did show up.(manager did offer other tires they had in stock or could get that day but I wanted what I ordered) Quick turn around and install on the shops end. Had a busy day and only had about an hour and a half of free time. I scheduled an appointment at 2:45 and at 3:45 still not had been seen. After bringing up the delay , finally, the work was started on my vehicle. After the 20 minute job that was done (tire rotation and balance). I had a slow leak in a tire on my truck. Went by Hibdon's in Norman, where I had been a faithful customer for many years. It was around 4:30 & they were still to be open until 6. They said they couldn't get to me immediately even though the place was nearly empty. They could get me in line for the next morning & start work around noon! I rejected their offer & left. Called Discount Tire who told me to come in, they would take care of it. Upon arrival, they immediately took the truck into the shop & fixed the leak. All till about 15 minutes. I informed them they just made a new customer. And, on the way home I got a call from them asking about the unusual color of my truck and saying what a great looking truck it was. Made my day. I have always found Discount Tires at any of their locations to be fair, professional and helpful. I like that they will check any tire that is low on air or just because you ask for free. I've used that service several times when the temperature has dropped overnight and one or more of my tires lost pressure. They have never tried to sell me a tire when I didn't need one. They're stores are always clean and conveniently located. Discount Tire, in my opinion, is one of the few national companies that is trustworthy. read more

Overall I was fairly pleased with service. However, I had requested to save all 4 of my tires for something else since that was the only reason I was replacing them to begin with. I didn't notice till the next day that they hadn't saved any of my tires for me. I don't know what ti.e the recyclers gets there to pick them up but I'm fairly sure they hadn't picked them up yet. After spending 3 and a half hours stranded on the side of I-40 in a construction zone in the middle of nowhere (closest exit was Vian), I will never use this place again!!! You see, they didn't put my spare back like they told me they had. The spare goes under the van's middle row passenger seat. Perhaps I should've gotten on all 4s and checked instead of taking his word but I had no reason to doubt it since that's the only reason I was there. You see, a few weeks earlier I'd had a blowout and driven over there on my spare to get a new tire, which I did. They had thrown my spare in the back of my minivan instead of putting it where it went. So, the only reason I was there last was to have them put the spare up where it belonged. Let me tell you, Fourth of July weekend on your way out of state by oneself in the middle of nowhere is NOT the time to discover that your tire service person is incompetent. Women beware! How many times have we heard this story, where an auto shop tries to rip off a female customer? Unfortunately this place continues this awful behavior in the year 2021. I had placed on online order for 4 new tires for my wife's car, putting the order in her name as she would be the one taking in the car. I did my homework: the tires had been given good ratings by Consumer Reports and other established tire review websites. They fit our needs, were listed as fitting her car, and indicated as available through the Discount Tire website. Yet, when my wife took in her car suddenly they didn't have those tires in stock and claimed they were discontinued. They suggested "better" tires for her and put the pressure on her to decide right away. Fortunately, she's aware of how such scams are operated and asked me if this was truly a better option. I'm thoroughly disgusted to report that the tires they suggested weren't even close to the same standard of quality. I could wager a guess at which tires had the bigger profit margin for them but, nonetheless, this all smells to high heaven like another case of a corporate system built to fleece people, particularly with a shameful target placed on middle class women. Was told if I came on down they could mount the new ones in about an hour. When I arrived I was greeted by staff and they took the vehicle in and about 45 minutes later I was on my way home. This is the place to buy tires. I run Michelins on our cars, and they have Michelins available, and at a better price than on-line outlets. You can usually get thru here faster than other tire centers. My only criticism, they do NOT do alignments, you have to go elsewhere. They basically sell, mount and balance tires. I went there yesterday with the flat tire on my trailer when I got there I parked at the south end of the building I walked towards the office crossing all Bay entries or customers would pull their car into the base and found any numerous screws nails and other objects but easily cause a flat tire probably causing me at least one more coming to this facility. I literally cannot believe my eyes and should have taken a picture but I'm sure the rain wash some of it away but certainly could not possibly have watched all over the way I left and now have a second flat tire on my trailer the reason I left was no one even came up and asked me what I needed even though I stood at the desk three to seven minutes for over a point of 30 minutes in the main lobby. I even walked over to the computer to see if maybe I needed to log in first before someone would help me to the gentleman went on break me standing right there in front of them and the whole time this was going on I'm sure my tire was outside another leaking which I will wake up to this morning and now I have two flat tires on my trailer. I cannot even hardly afford the first tire let alone the second but I will say this I have never had a problem like this in Norman never and I'm very disappointed in the management and if everybody who works there each and every person there is responsible for picking stuff up off the roadway which clearly could be seen and I'm sure that's a daily thing I bet you guys do fix a lot of flats I bet you cause 99% of them. Sat here for 30 minutes waiting while watching other vehicles that arrived after us get taken care of. Told them we had an hour on our lu ch break to get this done they said it would be done in 45min and we sat for 30 not getting our car taken care of. Then when we went to ask about it they gave us an attitude and told us it would be another 45 minutes. So not only did we get in trouble at work for being late but were also given terrible customer service. Will not be returning. Would rather go to the city which is a lot farther from home. read more

The staff was in full swing after being open for just 2 mins! They had awesome Labor Day deals and snacks and drinks for the customers while we waited for our new tires to be put on.
