Very nice customer service!!!! Stopped by to get my tires aired up and after rolling down my window to ask about that service, I was informed that I'd need to park and check-in inside first. After explaining that my ankle is broken and asking if there was anyway I could be helped without having to go inside, Logan kindly took the time to help me out so I wouldn't have to get out of my car!! Thank you!!!! read more

I literally just went there the other day and they were trying to sell me two tires and I said no I just need you to put air in my tire and then I go back today to see if they could re-redo the computer part for the wheels and the guy told me Matt told me oh we're not gonna do it. It's too hot in here, but you can go in and make an appointment and I'm like it takes less than five minutes and he goes. Yeah it's just too hot so yeah no I would never ever recommend this place. read more

The customer service was just outstanding! From the front desk person to the greasy, hands-on guys doing the heavy lifting. Very informative, knowledgeable AND polite. They got me in and out long before the original time on my quote. I couldn't be more satisfied read more

I've been here a number of times to buy tires or get an urgent tire problem fixed and most of the time they are busy but still manage to get things done quickly-- I moved here recently and it's good to know they have stores all over so when I travel that is one less thing to worry about I love these stores read more

I go out of my way to go to this location due to all of the great experiences I've had here. Ordered new tires and wheels this week and set an appointment for later in the week. Got a call today that they were in and that they would accommodate me if I wanted to come in early. Luke and everyone else I had contact with were friendly, efficient and looking out for the customers. read more

Normal pricing and good service. Ordered tires online and scheduled for them to be installed. The tire manufacturer never shipped the tires though so when I showed up I had to reschedule a week later when the tires did show up.(manager did offer other tires they had in stock or could get that day but I wanted what I ordered) Quick turn around and install on the shops end. Service only took 45min from check in till I got my keys back. 5 stars for the shop and service, online service was not the best. read more

Had a busy day and only had about an hour and a half of free time. I scheduled an appointment at 2:45 and at 3:45 still not had been seen. After bringing up the delay , finally, the work was started on my vehicle. After the 20 minute job that was done (tire rotation and balance). It was told ahead of time it would take a little bit longer than usual it was not expecting a 20 minute job to be stretched out into an hour and fifteen minutes... what's the point of being able to schedule an appointment?? read more

I had a slow leak in a tire on my truck. Went by Hibdon's in Norman, where I had been a faithful customer for many years. It was around 4:30 & they were still to be open until 6. They said they couldn't get to me immediately even though the place was nearly empty. They could get me in line for the next morning & start work around noon! I rejected their offer & left. Called Discount Tire who told me to come in, they would take care of it. Upon arrival, they immediately took the truck into the shop & fixed the leak. All till about 15 minutes. I informed them they just made a new customer. And, on the way home I got a call from them asking about the unusual color of my truck and saying what a great looking truck it was. Made my day. Thank you Discount Tire. Ken Dedmon read more

So my daughter took her brand new car 2024 that was 3 months old to this location because she had a nail in one of her tires and these people told her that she needed to replace all 4 tires HER CAR WAS 3 MONTHS OLD. Way to try to take advantage of a woman! No one in my family will EVER set foot in this place again and I will tell everyone who will listen to me how this location tries to take advantage of women! No employee walked over to help fill the free tire pressure. And people are just waiting for 15 minutes . I've been to several other discount tires who immediately helped out with it. We walked in at 530 after being in a crash that caused our Right back tire to flatten. ( We live about 6 hours away so I had googled the closest Discount tire and this was 30 min away) They were able to replace the tire while we sat in cool AC in the comfiest chairs. Good price. Tyler Gamez was outstanding in his care when I came in to get a quote on four tires. He told me the two options for the vehicle, cost and said it could be done the same day before the store closed. I got one other quote which was much higher and they didn't have room in their schedule. We came back with the car and Tyler not only recognized me, but knew the vehicle and tires involved from memory. They finished the job in record time, well before the estimated completion estimate. He was a true professional and I would take any of my cars there again. Highly recommend this store and commend Tyler on his work. read more

Desperately needed tires for my company truck, and these guys hooked me up! Now I'm good to go!

I have always found Discount Tires at any of their locations to be fair, professional and helpful. I like that they will check any tire that is low on air or just because you ask for free. I've used that service several times when the temperature has dropped overnight and one or more of my tires lost pressure. They have never tried to sell me a tire when I didn't need one. They're stores are always clean and conveniently located. Discount Tire, in my opinion, is one of the few national companies that is trustworthy. read more

Overall I was fairly pleased with service. However, I had requested to save all 4 of my tires for something else since that was the only reason I was replacing them to begin with. I didn't notice till the next day that they hadn't saved any of my tires for me. I don't know what ti.e the recyclers gets there to pick them up but I'm fairly sure they hadn't picked them up yet. I was told pick up was Tues morning and Wed evening and on Fri. It was late Wed afternoon when I went back to inquire about getting them back and was told they were already gone. So what time do the recyclers pick them up on wed? read more

After spending 3 and a half hours stranded on the side of I-40 in a construction zone in the middle of nowhere (closest exit was Vian), I will never use this place again!!! You see, they didn't put my spare back like they told me they had. The spare goes under the van's middle row passenger seat. Perhaps I should've gotten on all 4s and checked instead of taking his word but I had no reason to doubt it since that's the only reason I was there. You see, a few weeks earlier I'd had a blowout and driven over there on my spare to get a new tire, which I did. They had thrown my spare in the back of my minivan instead of putting it where it went. So, the only reason I was there last was to have them put the spare up where it belonged. Let me tell you, Fourth of July weekend on your way out of state by oneself in the middle of nowhere is NOT the time to discover that your tire service person is incompetent. Do you know how difficult it is to get a tow on a holiday weekend when you have a blown tire out in ten-buck-two? Way to take care of your lady customers, Discount Tire!!! read more

Hands down, this is the best Discount Tire I have ever been to! I live in Dallas, Texas, and while driving up for the Oklahoma game, I got a terrible flat with a nail in my tire. The Walmart had awful service and was no help. I called Discount, and they said they would help. They saw I was going to the game. They got me in so fast that I made it to the middle of the first quarter. Extremely thankful and blessed; each employee was so friendly and helpful. BOOMER SOONER read more

Women beware! How many times have we heard this story, where an auto shop tries to rip off a female customer? Unfortunately this place continues this awful behavior in the year 2021. I had placed on online order for 4 new tires for my wife's car, putting the order in her name as she would be the one taking in the car. I did my homework: the tires had been given good ratings by Consumer Reports and other established tire review websites. They fit our needs, were listed as fitting her car, and indicated as available through the Discount Tire website. Yet, when my wife took in her car suddenly they didn't have those tires in stock and claimed they were discontinued. They suggested "better" tires for her and put the pressure on her to decide right away. Fortunately, she's aware of how such scams are operated and asked me if this was truly a better option. I'm thoroughly disgusted to report that the tires they suggested weren't even close to the same standard of quality. I could wager a guess at which tires had the bigger profit margin for them but, nonetheless, this all smells to high heaven like another case of a corporate system built to fleece people, particularly with a shameful target placed on middle class women. Avoid avoid avoid. They will try to hook and dagger you. read more

Ordered 4 tires online, said would arrive 3-5 day's. Received a call from them 2 days later and was advised that they were in. Was told if I came on down they could mount the new ones in about an hour. When I arrived I was greeted by staff and they took the vehicle in and about 45 minutes later I was on my way home. Will see them in 6,000 to have them rotated. Friendly staff. read more

Discount tires has been my go to for new tires for a few years now. They have saved me endless amounts of money and have always answered my questions in a detailed and easy to understand manner. Not so "discount'. Should have just went to Sams Club. Price was $240 for two new tires on the weekend

This is the place to buy tires. I run Michelins on our cars, and they have Michelins available, and at a better price than on-line outlets. You can usually get thru here faster than other tire centers. My only criticism, they do NOT do alignments, you have to go elsewhere. They basically sell, mount and balance tires. And they take care of road hazards. Highly recommend. read more

Incredible service. Sales rep met us in the parking lot. Very friendly staff all of them very knowledgeable. We left our vehicle as the tires had to be delivered from OKC. No worries. Let's be honest, tires are expensive. But, driving on safe tires should always be your concern. Think about driving during a hot summer day on the interstate or turnpike. You see many cars on the side of the road with flats because they are driving on old or worn tires. read more

Had a great experience here. I came in today with a tire emergency(4 nearly bald tires that were finally giving up the ghost) at almost 5:30 pm and not only was Paul friendly and helpful, he gave my broke behind a discount so I could get the best rated tires. I couldn't believe how fast they worked too, I felt bad for coming in so close to closing time but I was back on the road by 6:10. My car is driving on a cloud now and I'm very happy read more

Sat here for 30 minutes waiting while watching other vehicles that arrived after us get taken care of. Told them we had an hour on our lu ch break to get this done they said it would be done in 45min and we sat for 30 not getting our car taken care of. Then when we went to ask about it they gave us an attitude and told us it would be another 45 minutes. So not only did we get in trouble at work for being late but were also given terrible customer service. Will not be returning. Would rather go to the city which is a lot farther from home. read more
