I average 5k+ Miles per month and needed a better solution. I charge 4 new tires and paid for the one year alignment at Firestone. I went back to have the alignment fixed several times. Each time they found a reason not to do it, unless I paid for a suspension component. The employees often knock on my daughter's window, even when I have mine down, which I find weird and creepy. They also don't have as much selection as many other locations. They have, more than once, cancelled items in my order, then raised the prices immediately, so I'm stuck paying the higher price, even though that's not what it was when I shopped. I'd rather just go down the street to Costco. I've witnessed cafe workers touching their phones, then handling food. This is my least favorite Sam's Club.
