sat in the waiting room for 3 hours thinking that the tires where being changed because of my vehicle not being aligned (after I had just got the tires and alignment done 2 months prior) just for them you tell me that my warranty's that I had paid for was voided because of negligence because a part that has nothing to do with the alignment was not fixed. Joseph Renova is the Service Manager at Hibdon Tires Plus in Moore, OK. Everyone was very helpful, until I went to pay for the four tire replacement and a lifetime wheel alignment. I was about to pay cash when Joseph Renova became more interested in promoting Hibdon Tire credit card, assuring me that I would get an additional $90 discount if I applied for their credit card. I agreed to apply. I was informed to return in 48 hrs. During this period of time I went online an was unable to get a discount. I returned to talk to Joseph Renova and he said he never said I was guaranteed the amount indicated. I informed him he as a liar. I was told to leave and never come back. Had tire sensors going off since putting in brand new tires here. The crew of Caleb his front desk staff lady (Ms Dobie) Jennifer? were so very nice!!! They got my tire sensors checked and then checked the right rear tire and sure enough there was a nail in it. They updated me throughout the process and worked me in with no appointment. They have definitely done a fantastic job and I appreciate the service and hospitality. The A/C was cold and there was a coffee machine, and popcorn if you needed it complimentary. RNR even told me they "turned off their air" already. We called Discount tire 15 min after they closed and they guy that answered the phone, said absolutely! He asked if we could get him or did he need to come to us!!! Wow! Never again will I use anyone else. They got me back on the road in less than 5 min with a new tire! Took my car in to get a coolant flush at 9AM, I called them 5.5 hours later, and the car had not been touched and was told it would have to be kept over night. So I walked to go pick it up, and I was told it was "next to be serviced" so I left and went back 1-2 hours later when it was ready. It took them 6-7 hours for a coolant flush. When I picked it up I noticed my wheel cover on both sides where severely damaged. I don't recommend this place. The communication and wait times are a 3/10. Over the phone I was quoted a price for a simple procedure to add TPMS sensors to my existing tires/wheels. I was very explicit as to what exactly I wanted done so there would be no misunderstanding. I was told to go ahead and bring it down and they would get on it. After arriving the price increased dramatically and it would take 3 or 4 hours before they could get to it. I could tell by their attitude that they really didn't want to do it and they were hoping I would go somewhere else. Well, mission accomplished. I made the mistake on letting them keep it over night an the next morning when I come to pick it up I noticed a big ding in my car from across the parking lot an they weren't even going to tell me I had to go back inside and address the issue (it wasn't a car door ding) i highly suggest you go somewhere else. Extremely convenient they are open on Sundays. Friendly counter staff. Luckily my tire was an easy fix. However it takes sooo long to get in and out. I have used Hibdons for years. This location gets 5 stars, the other locations have been more in the 3 star range. Needed new tires, looked online and they had some 225/70/15's on sale for $57 per tire. Great price, so I booked an appointment. I get to the store on the day of my appointment and they let me know the price is even better $44 per tire. They also had to align my old 1991 Camaro but pulled it off like champs. read more

This is by far the best tire shop I've ever been to. Had a rim almost come off on my way through Moore from Chicago that was installed by a Firestone shop in Chicago. Hibdon Tires Plus is affiliated and owned by Bridgestone which owns Firestone. To make a long short, the shop in Chicago refused to take responsibility for the rim so Hibdon did! They covered the full replacement cost! This of course was really unexpected and I'm still very grateful for their service. They really stand by their work and product. Took truck for two tires and alignment. Other two were replaced 4 weeks prior. Alignment was done in less than 10 minutes. Checked the print out and they had only adjusted the toe angles. Asked for a refund, only manager can do refunds and he was delivering parts. Told them to pull it back on the alignment rack and redo it correctly. After everything was hooked back up the mechanic took the upper control arm loose and started pulling on the tire trying to adjust the caster angle. The cams for adjustment are on the lower control arm. Manager walked in at that point and asked what he was doing. Mechanic says adjusting caster. The manager then looks at me and says that's not how you adjust caster. I said i know that's not how to adjust it i don't know what he's doing. Then tells me even though it's out of adjustment they never adjust it because it won't cause vehicle to pull or have tire wear. Told them to tighten everything up and give me my money back i would go somewhere else that knows what they're doing. read more

We came in for an alignment and when my husband drove off the car was still pulling but to the left. He asked them to rotate the tires so the car wouldn't pull. Apparently, all that they do is mark required, on a service form, do not explain it's a hazardous tire. And let you drive off. So when I made a complaint to the customer service corporate that they either didn't complete the service, I was told it's your fault for not knowing. Because they happily gave him an estimate for 4 new tires before he left. Which means you have one hazardous tire. They are not required to verbally explain that, or write it on the customer form because a box is marked required. Directly from the manager of this store. Jason Will go elsewhere for tires regardless of distance and will urge anyone not to work with them even in a tire emergency. Edit: prior to posting this review I contacted hibdon customer service. After the complaint was made I was contacted by Jason. I fail to see why further contact with Jason will resolve this issue. He explained that marking req on the form specifically meant hazardous tire (separated tire or other fault) and that no they did not check the tire to see what the issue was but that was the reason the technician who did the alignment failed to cross rotate the tire and drive it after the service was completed. Then allowed my husband to drive off. Please see attached complaint which was already sent to the store for resolution through customer service. Again Jason responded. 3160-5427 Message = My husband took my 2010 GMC Yukon for an alignment today. The appointment was at 8 am and at 915 delivered claiming it was completed. My husband barely drove off the lot and the truck was pulling to the left. He goes back in and was told by Pablo who did the alignment that it was because the tires are old. So, your company either A. Completed a needless service for a few in an effort to over charge B. Intentionally didn't complete the alignment properly in the hopes we would purchase a new set of tires. C. Don't train your employees to properly assess a vehicle and speak with customers regarding their expectations prior to service. Horrible service! They tried to up-sell us twice when we stated we just wanted the two new tires. One was for another tire when we specially said we only had money for two and the other was $75 for alignment. So free alignment does not come with the purchase. Then they didn't rotate the tires to where we had asked the new tires to be placed and then they didn't even have the decency to put air in the other tires. Horrible Service!! I have gone here on 3 separate occasions, each time I had an appointment, yet had to wait an hour and a half to have my car taken back. Not to mention the rude customer service every single time. I took it in yesterday afternoon for an alignment I needed done before a long car trip, once again, I had an appointment, after waiting for an hour, I stepped outside and realized they had yet to take the car back. Unsatisfactory! After being told I had a warrant on my tires I didnt think to look at my receipt. Two months later tires needed to be replaced after 5,000 miles. When I stress do needed a 30k mile tire. They swore up and down they were fine. After PCSing and getting new tires, I found out they also charged me triple the amount for road hazard. And every other tire store I've used will give you your road hazard money back if you no longer have those tires. But nope not hibdon tires plus in moore. I dropped my truck off early this morning to get realigned. I knew that they closed at 5, so I gave them a call at about 4 to ask why I haven't heard from them. They told me that my truck should be next in line and they were not sure if it would be done by 5 but there were several vehicles behind mine so they were going to be working late anyways. She told me that they would call me as soon as it was done and that was fine because I live right down the street. After 5 I stated to get concerned so I called back up there. They closed!
