There's pretty much everything you want, although not necessarily need! This was a pleasant shopping experience, although a weekday would have been preferable to a Saturday at noon. What i specifically came for was reading glasses which were present immediately on the right upon entrance. They had a decent assortment as well as blue block reading glasses which were 2 for $19.99 whereas the non blue blocker readers were 3 for $19.99. I was disappointed that you couod no longer try on a pair but rather had to utilize a reading chart which was suboptimal. Anyway, I did not come with a shopping list, thus purchasd significantly more of everything than I absolutely needed. Im impressed by the variety of things for sale there including a pharmacy for prescription medications as well as an optician. Im not sure if there was a rhyme or reason to their displays since I saw floor mats immediately adjacent to envelopes, although perhaps i was visiting their miscellaneous aile. $390 or so dollars later, I packed up my vehicle and returned home. I wish that there was a Sam's Club in my town of Gettysburg which does have an old Walmart which is in the process of a refresh. Generally, Sam's Club, I rate them as a five the store is very clean with the exception of the restrooms which look like somebody got murdered in them half the time so management really needs to focus on keeping those bathrooms clean it's a bad reflection on a balance of the store. The reason why I got downgraded to three stars was a visit today to grab a large pepperoni pizza only to find out that they changed the way you order all food and drink from the counter. You either gotta go back in line and use a self check out and scanned the little barcodes that are on the pole Behind the screen or you can take a picture of the QR code with your app and scan and go. Today seems a little chaotic, their people not sure what to do how to do it where to do it when to do it and so forth. You no longer have the ability from what I seen to add or change topping you either get the meat pizza, the cheese, pizza or the pepperoni pizza they have an extra through the barcode that you would scan for adding extra cheese or or anything. And you'll get a receipt and the number you're assigned is one of those unknowns it's buried in a bunch of numbers. I really think Sam's Club can do a lot better get back to having a cashier taking your order look you're making money handover fist down there paying somebody to handle the register and maybe do a little cleanup at the tables and everything when they're not busy makes sense read more

I love our Sam's Club in Hanover, PA! The store always seems to be very clean and the employees are very helpful and friendly! In the past, I had been looking for a certain toy and the employees were more than willing to help me find exactly what I was looking for! To the point that they brought some out on a skid and broke them apart for me so I could grab two!!!! That's amazing customer service! I call the and made an appointment with the tire manager on May 23 to have my mother in laws tire monitor sensors replaced, the light came on not long after she purchased her tire at Sam's . I explained that I had 4 new sensors to be installed. He set up the appointment for May30 th at 12:00 . She drove 50 miles to Sam's . We get there and he explains they can't install customers parts . This should have been explained when the appointment was made ! Very unprofessional! Will never buy tires here again ! What a joke ! read more

Don't attempt to purchase tires here. First they won't even speak to you until they've scanned your membership card. Then you ask for a specific tire and size and the guy won't let you purchase said tires until you tell him the vehicle make and model. My husband literally was like this is the model tire on them now, what do you need that for? He says, that's how we make sure that's the right load rating. My husband said, the load rating is right on the side of the tires. The guy was unprofessional and gave my card back and said he couldn't help us. In the area visiting relatives. Needed emergency refill of insulin because I dropped the only vial I had on the hotel bath floor and it broke. Called a couple pharmacies before Sam's with no success. The assistant at Sam's was very patient and helpful. Contacted my pharmacy in Florida and was able to supply me with enough to get me through my visit and the pharmacist filled script with a generic that was $100 less than the doctor prescribed Novolog. Had to pay cash since insurance would not cover the refill so it was much appreciated. read more

This has to be one of the cleanest most organized Sam's clubs I have ever been to. The staff is friendly attentive and around to help if you need them. multiple options for checking out the scan and go app is amazing self checkout and cashier assisted checkout. They have a great pickup option as well. Great selection of everything always have what you need and clean bathrooms if you need that.... read more

I don't have high expectations for a Walmart based company. I drove across town to find out that they had closed early. They were still technically open and should have been for another 15 minutes but would not let anyone else in. Last time it was over 30 minutes before their scheduled close time. This seems to be a regular occurrence at this location. read more

The ladies at the customer service desk were absolutely wonderful taking the time to resolve a issue that was a online error. They made sure they took the time to resolve the matter. They went above and beyond what they had too. I made sure to let the manager know the kind of service they provided. Sometimes customer service like that is very hard to find. read more
