Every time I go to pick up my one medication I'm told it's $23 and it's supposed to be no cost because my secondary insurance pays for it. They aren't running it through the secondary insurance and I have to fight them to run it through. I am disabled and can't use child proof caps and I have to have the orange prescription bottles. They keep giving me child proof caps or too lazy to put them in the orange script bottles and give me original bottles with safety seal I can't break open. Looking for a different pharmacy. Can't deal with this one anymore!! read more

They used to be good, but the last time I went there, either the person working the pickup window was totally incompetent or their system was so bad, the person couldn't find the prescription that the CVS app showed was ready for pickup at the Hanover location. They said the doctor would need to be contacted, which was total nonsense given the situation. Thank goodness it was not imperative I take the medication promptly. Left with no medication, no offer to speak to the pharmacist. I'll be switching to a different pharmacy. read more

I have used CVS for the last 15 years & always loved them. I moved here last year and this CVS obviously can't handle the amount of prescriptions they receive daily. Pick up lines outside can take 30 mins, pick up lines inside are always busy and a majority of the time, your prescription isn't ready anyway. My doctor has sent in many prescriptions to them and 3 days later, it's still not filled!! That's unacceptable!!! I have sat on hold for an hour waiting to ask a quick question on numerous occasions. Something needs to be done here!! They are overwhelmed and the community is paying for it. They need to expand and hire more staff in order to run properly. I have recently taken all of my prescriptions to Giant unless they are mail order. It sucks that I don't have the convenience of the app anymore but it's just not worth dealing with all the nonsense just to pick up my much needed daily meds. read more

I feel bad for the staff, but they are over their head. My doctor called in my prescription 24 hours earlier. I stopped by at 4:30PM, the new District Manager said they were not ready he would expedite my prescriptions. I told him I would be back in 30 minutes, he said they would be ready, I came back in 45 minutes, then stood in line for 15 more. When they pulled mine up, they said it wasn't ready, and were not sure when it would be. They went on to say that tje new District Manager had no clue, I would say I would agree. If he is the new manager, things are not looking up for the future. read more

Pharmacy is usually ok. Though I have sat in the second drive thru lane and had multiple cars in lane 1 serviced before me. The store manager CINDY is the absolute worst. No people skills, ZERO customer service. The bad experiences keep piling up. Switching my prescriptions because I'm just tired of dealing with this location. read more

I will not be using this pharmacy again. Four times in a row I was sent away for them not having my prescription ready yet. Things happen, which is understandable, but they told me they would have it expedited to be ready in a certain amount of time. I went back the next day and they said they would "expedite it" again, as it still wasn't ready. I was told 15 minutes, waited a half hour and left. Today, this happened with another script. I was told 45 mins, because it wasn't ready yet. I went back in 45 mins and they told me 20 more mins. Seriously. If you tell a customer a certain time, you should follow through. Disgusting service. Always get an alert saying the prescription is ready but I have learned not to bother going for at least two more days because it's never ready on time when you go to get it . I understand if you can't get something done but please don't tell me to come get it and then not have it ready . I already waited in line to pick it up I already spent gas to go and get it and now I'm going to have to do it again not good . My husband went down there yesterday to pick up a prescription for me and of course they didn't have it ready and we had already waited two days to get it and I had gotten too notices that it was ready to pick it up . My husband is a very mild mannered man and not confrontational. The lady was very short with him and said what would only take me 10 minutes to do but I'm going to lunch now so you'll have to wait and she closed up the counter and left there were seven other people back there but they close the whole department for lunch . Now he came down after we got two notices saying that it was ready . I stopped going there to pick up my prescriptions because I get so angry I don't want to get myself in trouble . I've had enough and we are going anywhere but there and I will make sure I tell everyone I can not to go there for anything . I asked the store manager one time what was going on because the service was so poor and erratic and some of the people in there were very unpleasant and she said I can't do anything about that because the pharmacy is separate . Really you can't even give me an idea of what to do or a number to call . Worst location ever. Used them for 8 years before I started noticing shortages in my prescriptions. I was told it was the manufacturers fault and was then given several hoops to jump through to seemingly resolve my problem. Very annoying considering I was the victim. Then, once I had done those things; I was informed by the manufacturer that resolving my issue was the "pharmacist's discretion." The pharmacist totally ignored my requests until I begged her to at least follow through with procedure. So she called the manufacturer and never got back to me. I had to go back to the store and meet with this pharmacist. She's like one year out of college and treated me with little to no respect. It was my fault because I didn't think to count a sealed box of medicine when I picked it up. I've been going there for years and it was only recently I had any problems. They treated me like a con artist who was trying to scam them out of medicine. Meanwhile, I was only trying to get what I had already paid for. The manufacturer was willing it admit that it is a drug that touches many hands before the pharmacy. But the girl was not willing to help because she wasn't comfortable with that. I was never so offended in my life. I was trying to correct a wrong that had been done to me. Instead they refused to help. read more

Every time I go to CVS to pick up my prescriptions, the Insurance discounts are not applied correctly, taking 1/2 hr or longer to correct. Service is not welcoming, one person starts stating they can't do anything to help, then the next person takes care of it without any issues. When they first opened, they were fantastic, I believe due to the overwhelming volume, service is suffering. CVS Corporate office needs to step in an assist or open another location. read more

This is a very, very busy pharmacy. However, the staff and pharmacists are always kind, and generous with their time. Horrible service at the pharmacy. They never have your prescriptions ready or complete. Even after they call and say it is ready. Always walk away frustrated. Go to get a prescription because you are sick wait in line for 1/2 then it's not correct. Staff is overwhelmed and miserable read more

This has been multiple times the worst service I have ever had at a CVS let alone anywhere that I'm trying to buy something. Other CVSs I don't seem to have a problem with my coupons on my card or my credit card in general. Every time my credit card "doesn't work" and my coupons never seem to be eligible for anything I buy. The people there are absolutely no help. My fiancée just tried to go in and use our card again and they did the same thing to her. I will never be back there and I recommend anyone to hold off and go to another CVS for anything you need. If you have prescriptions that is fine but don't ever use the front cashiers. They don't even want to try and help you with any issues and they told my fiancé she cant use coupons for 25% off because items are on sale when they are clearly not marked on sale. They lost about $60+ on this visit and will now lose the rest of my business. Talk about lousy service. They have two drive up lanes to pick up prescriptions. I got in the outside lane and waited until they did five cars in the lane closest to the window. If you are not going to use this window then get rid of it. I use them because Caremark is my mail order company. Probably should use rite aid or Walmart to get better service. read more

Do NOT use this pharmacy. I am constantly getting useless calls from them. I go in to get my prescriptions and it takes them forever to find them because they are so unorganized they don't know where they are. I have tried constantly to cancel my husbands prescriptions with but they still keep refilling them then the pharmacist wants to get pissy cause I tell them to put the prescriptions back . I have to wait forever somebody to wait on me unless there is a line of people. They're pharmacy associates are rude. Today I had my third and final incident with their pharmacy staff. They told me even though my husband signed a paper authorizing me to pick up his prescriptions she couldn't talk to me about his prescriptions. These people have called and spoke to me about his prescriptions in the past but today since I returned their phone call now all of a sudden that's against hipaa. I've worked in healthcare for 5 years I don't need to be told about hipaa from some snotty pharmacy associate who doesn't have any schooling in the subject whatsoever. I had to bother my husband who was dealing with a very complicated incident and he got so upset that they were telling me this I didn't even bother getting the OK. Stay FAR away from this pharmacy.
