Ok here it's. Went to Sam's 7-26-25 Store was fine but the eat area was disgusting beyond words !! I have never seen so many flies in one area Hundreds !! I've been to many Sam's clubs but I must say this one is very clean and big. Selection of foods here are amazing. So many things to choose from. Shelves were fully stocked. Yet again, another Sam's Club Fuel station very poorly designed. Not sure why I'm surprised? Maybe have lanes for those of us with tanks on the right, or, just maybe have attendants help with the line instead of being lazy and putting up cones so the line stretches out to the actual road. Since people are too rude or lazy to move their car forward the lines are longer than they have to be and it allows people to cut across to a pump where they over stretch the pumps, so those of us with a right side tank have to wait longer. I thought the ONE Tucson location was bad, and it absolutely is however Cocoa is definitely giving it run for THEIR money. They do NOT care about the people who are paying their wages, only care about their bottom line. Line up and give me your money. Have attendants learn how to run a queue! All 4 of my rims are a mess! Their investigator calls, says the tech noted damage to rims prior to installation (unbeknownst to me), therefore they will deny any claim. DO NOT BUY TIRES HERE if you are expecting "service." After purchasing online, it was a full time job to make an appointment. I called multiple times, once let the phone ring for 15 minutes solid. No answer. I had to get in my car and drive over there and wait, and wait, and wait for a person to come outside of the service area (where customers are not allowed). I should have followed my first instinct - cancel the tire purchase and installation! Instead, I soldiered on under the fallacy of sunken cost. 9,000 miles later I'm still trying to get an appointment to get my tires rotated & balanced - supposed to be "free" for the life of the tires or 50k miles, whichever comes first - and do you think I could get an appointment? NO WAY. This time I live ~40 miles away so it is no longer practical for me to drive over just to make an appointment. So I'm going to my local Tire Choice and will pay them. I give up and will NEVER EVER EVER BUY TIRES FROM SAMS CLUB AGAIN. Not worth the headache. I've had a membership now for about 3 years. I am honestly wondering why I even shop here. if it weren't for the $9 pizzas, I would cancel my memembership. I got my tires done here because I THOUGHT I would be getting a deal since I PAY for a membership! WHAT A RIPOFF! Just TWO tires I paid $513 dollars. The day of my appointment, they forced me to pay for a tire censor and would not work on our vehicle unless we bought it. my husband asked for paperwork to prove that this was necessary and they had nothing to show forth, but because we had a car full of kids and were riding on a donut, we ended up caving. I even called local shops to see if this was a thing and it is not! That was another $40! Well, they couldn't get something off the tire rim so we needed to come the next mornin. They tried telling me AGAIN, that I had to replace another censor and thankfully my husband stood his ground as this was a different crew who worked on our vehicle. I will NEVER get tires from them. Also, they were supposed to contact me when the tires got to the store and they never did, so that also set us back! If they were so concerned with safety, why was it ok to put us BACK on the road with a donut?!??? We are members of both Sam's and Costco, but we definitely recommend Sam's more then Costco. Sam's club is definitely a lot cheaper then Costco. For things that I buy from dog food and snacks to everyday needs, I compared the prices and Sam's is definitely going to save me more money. Will probably not renew Costco for the coming year. Bought my glasses here. I have vision insurance which they do not accept but I have the Sam's Plus membership. They told me to get my eyes tested with my insurance and price glasses at the eye doctor. I did that and then took the quote and my prescription to Sam's. They don't have as large a selection of frames but I found several that I liked. When they figured out the cost, I was able to get a new pair of glasses and a pair of prescription sunglasses for less than I would have paid for just the glasses using my insurance at the eye doctor. I have had them for 2 years with no complaints. I just repeated the whole process again and have ordered new glasses and sunglasses at Sam's. They should be here in 2 weeks. read more

I've had my fair share of issues with this store dating back from recent till a few years ago. They ordered the wrong size tires. Put them on my truck and refused to put back on the old ones. Pip squeak manager said to take it up with corporate. Demanding they be taken off, he threaten to call security...didn't even know they had a stationed security officer? Anyways, I ended up going home and calling corporate. They tell me there would have been absolutely no problem removing the new tires and replacing the old ones. However, because I drove the vehicle the tires are not nonrefundable. You better believe I drove straight back up tot he store, told Mr. pip squeak he call the police, the fbi take the damn tires off my truck and refund my money. These tires were so small I could have easily rolled my truck! After 4 hours in the store arguing, they decided to refund me and guess what, no security officer showed up! Haha! More recently, I bought a big and heavy blue tooth speaker. Actually, this is the third one I've dealt with because they're very poor quality and break easily. I decided to return it before the time ran out. $180 and it took nearly a week for the funds to be returned to my bank. They tried to tell me it was my bank. However, I've made returns to other stores and literally showed the funds pending back by the time I was leaving the store. read more

Added a card for significant other, they (sams club) never told the date the card was sent, 2 weeks later, I called to "TRY" and figure out what was going on, the employee or associate on the phone was worse than a recording because they wouldn't answer one question I had and kept saying the same thing over and over like they didn't have a brain. Then cancels ALL CARDS. Never tells me he canceled my cards. So now I have to wait even longer because of their unprofessionally trained employees. My husband and I go on Sundays for the rest of the week. I love the fact that you can do it all through your phone and not have to wait in line anymore to be checked out. If you haven't signed up for it yet then you need to!! The prices are always good because of how much you are getting. Certain things here and there really need to have more of a selection. The one thing is there is a full aisle of dog products and then you are lucky to have a teeny section for cats. Tons of different dog foods and 2 things of cat food. We just can't stand talking to any of the workers anymore because they just seem like they don't want to be there and most are rude! I needed to use the restroom real quick but they refused to let me in to use the restroom since they were already closed even though they still had the exit door open and there were still customers inside. I joined a few months ago. This store has an employee problem. Issue after issue they show disrespect and a complete lack of concern. They don't know how anything works. I bought a large item I had to go to the back to receive. after three trips between the back and their terrible customer service section, I finally was able to pick up my item after over three hours. Rudeness and bad attitude throughout. they didn't even know about having it delivered even though there was a big sign about it on the item in the store! it goes on. Just tried to cancel membership with corporate and was told I had to call or visit the store. just called and the person who answered said I had to come in. While the virus is an issue. then said whatever to me. the manager tried to tell me I had to come in also. After I explained to her that was not possibly the way it is as she told me they just cant do things on the phone because someone might be posing as me to cancel my card. must be the cartel. she finally did it and it was simple. no wonder they have such a terrible rating. done with sams club forever. For a Sam's Club, it's fine. It's like any other Sam's as far as products and layout, offering and member services. The employees are really nice. We went on a Sunday around noon and expected a clean bathroom, but it was a mess, as if a ton of people had been in. They don't clean the bathrooms often obviously or were short staffed or something. I prefer this location because it is located on its own road so its easier to access than the Melbourne location. Today I picked up some chicken breast, well 7lbs worth. With the warm season just around the corner they have a nice selection of outdoor furniture on display. I also like their sample dispensers. Scan your card and get a free bag of candy, coffee creamer, or dog treats. The kids love coming here on the weekend and sample all the food. Free food fun. read more

Bought a 75" Samsung TV from Sam's. My recommendation to to NEVER NEVER BUY ANY ELECTRONICS FROM THIS STORE!!! The TV lasted about two months and then had lines running through picture. During these very different times going to Sam's, waiting in lines, only to not find staples like toilet paper & paper towels is difficult. It had made me rethink my membership but once I got inside & spoke to Theresa it made it better. She was cleaning an aisle & said, "Hello, hows it going today?" She cared about the person behind the mask. If this seems flowery or poetic it's not. It that in a sea of unknown & people all worried a nice person like Theresa can make all the difference. It should rate 2 stars, but according to the explanation it rates a miserable 1. I say this because for years I've brought up on line, emails, and personally speaking with management. After 3 years I have yet to hear from corporate. They have problems with inventory sell by date control. Maintaining inventory. Management seems sympathetic yet nothing changes. I stop there mainly for fuel, but since I drive by there every work day it is convenient. Check expiration dates and be prepared for items out of stock. Checkout and service desk personnel are absolutely first rate! You may want to use the restroom in the convenience store across the street before shopping. Beware of the the miserly faucets in the men's restroom. You'll spend a lot of time getting your hands rinsed. I only hope the food handling associates have access to true running water - not the dribble on the few faucets that work. I have told management I will report these issues to the health department, and as a working man, appreciating the little guys I have held back until now. NO MORE. read more

Don't bother calling looking for advise either. Sams is a terrific place to buy humongous packs of toilet paper, but avoid big ticket items because their customer service is AWOL. It's part of Walmart, what did I expect? When you pay people poverty level wages, they have no incentive to shine. The young manager at this Sam's showed absolutely no concern or remorse that I was badly short-changed with an online order. I think she brought an ominous looking bouncer with her, and I should have known then things wouldn't go well. Although their website clearly states "You can bring your online order to any Sam's Club to return," this manager refused to accept corporate policy, instead making me wait two full hours, them telling me I had to call customer service myself, and that she would not process my return. I tried to show her the online policy, but she turned her back and walked away with an attitude. I had my receipt and an online return authorization, but she refused to look at it. Apparently, this manager writes her own rules. This was the single most rude customer service experience I have EVER had. Eventually, through a ridiculously long and tedious process, I did manage to resolve my return issue. After you mail back your online item, you have to call them to make sure they received it, then ask for your money to be refunded. That's a little lame. Sams is a good place to buy cheap soft goods like toilet paper and jeans - things you won't need to return or exchange. But for your own sake, you may want to avoid electronics or big-ticket items, because if you run into a problem, you too may have to deal with the Grinch. I was also shortchanged with their merchant card services setup, but that's a different story. read more

I was very happy with the selection of ice creams at this Sam's Club. Still adjusting to the Florida heat, we stopped here on our way to my sister's house from the airport. We were able to quickly find the standard barbeque items we needed as the small store is well laid out and the service was friendly. Electronics dept.: you have items on the shelf display, but none to actually sell new in a box.
