As she could be a great attorney, she has no sympathy or compassion for others. I was exposed to yelling, cursing, belittlement, and numerous of other offenses that are in no way a correct manner to treat your employees or any human being . As other employees might accept this treatment I will not. As someone who comes from A family who owns their own business I know what professionalism and respect looks and feels like. This has also caused a negative impact on my mental health, which I now seek help for which in the end has lead me to leave DAT in a very uncomfortable way. Please reconsider applying and working for this law firm as she is very unprofessional. I had a very bad experience as receptionist for DAT.

Absolutely AMAZING…read more I first called in regards to getting my own insurance after being on my father's for so long. Carolina assisted me and was not only quick but patient with me as we walked through the process. She wasn't condescending nor did she rush me--She was kind and just above all lovely. When it came time to add another car to my policy, I got the pleasure to be assisted by Meriry! Again, incredibly patient as we walked through the steps of insuring a car with out of state registration as well as assisting me in getting my ducks in a row to have it registered in Florida. There was a mishap where I tore some of the documents with a letter opener--instead of mailing it out once more, they were kind enough to invite us into the office. We went and were met with not only professionalism but HOSPITALITY!!! How absolutely amazing!!! In this industry, I always assumed it would be cold as it's. . .insurance but Carolina and Meriry made it feel so warm and inviting. Thank you for taking care of myself and my family. We are incredibly grateful to you!!!

Not only did I have to find my own insurance when my policy expired and I had to find a new company but this year I'm going thru it again and they didn't follow up with a phone call or email and my home insurance has since lapses since it was over the holidays. I called to see what was going on and was told someone was going to call me back today with a variety of quotes. No word and my home is sitting uninsured, I guess I will find my own insurance again and get a better price than they would. They are also not that professional there, I had multiple issues getting my info updated and my plan paid for. If it wasn't so hard to get insurance in the area I would have gotten rid of them a long time ago.
